Description of Work: I needed an estimate to have a new heating zone installed. The dad came to my home and he was very nice. He said he would send an estimate but he never did. I called again and spoke w the son and told him I never got an estimate from his dad. He said he would speak w his dad and get back to me. No one did. He was nice enough but dropped the ball.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet, about a 90 minute job. Had to call them back, as the way it was installed, if in the left postiion, water would spray all over the counter, not in the sink. They did come back and correct it, but it seemed like an exorbitant price for 90 minutes of work. Price included $25.00 destination charge! To the next town?!?!?

Description of Work: Located leak in basement from water pipe that ran from the second floor. Broke the wall in the basement - removed old pipe - installed new one. Completely cleaned up and recommended drywall company.

Description of Work: ASKED TO BID ON PLUMBING WORK FOR KITCHEN REMODEL. TIM SULLIVAN CAME BY AT THE AGREED TIME, WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND SUBMITTED BID IN A TIMELY FASHION. WE WENT WITH ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO ALSO GAVE US A GOOD IMPRESSION, BUT CAME IN $400 CHEAPER.
