Having read many reviews, and seen M.Sullivan's truck in his driveway, I thought, might as well call our neighbor's company for a simple reset of a wobbling toilet. My mistake for not doing some other estimates and questioning the charges more thoroughly before giving the go ahead. Shim when necessary to ensure solid installation. $396.00 MISC Unlisted Task: Secure toilet flange $125.00 TOTAL CHARGE $670.00 No, we didn't get a new toilet! After a less than 2 hour "repair" and $670.00 later, we have a toilet that no longer wobbles, with a new wax ring that probably set back Plumbing Solutions by no more than $10.00. Seniors beware!!!

The plumber came with mask & bootees, told me what had to be done & the cost. He had the parts with him & went straight to work. I was very impressed!

Reached out to the company by email and received prompt response. I had several small projects which needed attention: misbehaving toilets, tub faucet replacement, outdoor tap replacement. Artie came out and took care of all of these in one morning. We also looked at my water heater, which Artie advised was near the end of its dependable life. A week later, I had them replace that too. Company is responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Tim is very skilled and made the repairs in a cramped to access space. As the pipe was part of the heating system the boiler needed to be drained and when restated he noticed 3 of the heating system float vents were in need of replacement. The took care of everything.

They do a good job. Very professional.

Swift clean work. I went with the better of the two models they had on the truck. I wanted a professional job this time, after DIY more than a decade before. Some sticker shock involved.

I'd read and heard many excellent reports on Plumbing Solutions, and they had been recommended by a friend, but none of that prepared me for the actual experience. I'm sure there are other plumbing contractors who are worthy of couldn't-possibly-have-been-better reviews, but I've never found one.

Matt and Team were responsive, punctual, efficient, capable, informative, friendly. They did an excellent job and we would hire them again.

Matt was fantastic. We were switching from oil to gas heating and looking to convert our current system. The plumbers we have used for years couldn't do the job and so we looked around for bids. Plumbing Solutions came in with a competitive bid and we couldn't be more thrilled with our decision to hire them. They were very easy to talk to - providing a thorough description of the work by email and then working with us to get the job done quickly (right in the middle of the holiday season). When circumstances beyond their control (the utility company messed up), Matt bent over backwards to make sure everything got taken care of (without us going without heat for a day). At the end of the day, despite all of the extra labor caused by the utility company, they stuck to their initial estimate for the cost of the work. We'll definitely use them for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

Did not go with him because he was way too expensive

I have been using Plumbing Solutions for many years - they have always been an excellent provider of plumbing solutions. I will certainly continue to use their services.

I know very little about plumbing but Tim takes time to explain everything and what is the best option. Tim is efficient, neat, and does excellent work.

Matt called me quickly after i placed the service call to get a better description and let me know his initial thoughts. He let me know the approximate cost of each repair it could possibly be from the information provided and scheduled me within a week, I wasn't to concerned about having it done immediately, it wasn't causing damage at this point. Matt showed up prompted at the beginning of the time frame he gave me and was polite as always. They took a look and got to work and everything went smoothly. Afterwards he was very kind to answer some questions about my heating system as well and give me a bit of advice on what needed servicing and something to try before making the service call to save me some money. I recommend Plumbing Solutions Inc to everyone i know that ever asks me if i know anyone good.

I came home and found my part of my basement floor to be flooded (my water heater went on me). I called Plumbing Solutions and Tim came over in a very timely manner. He assessed the situation and explained what had happened with the water heater. He provided me with options of replacing with a 40 gallon heater or a 50 gallon heater, and provided the pros and cons for both. I decided to replace with a 50 gallon water heater, which he brought over the next day. He replaced the old water heater with the new and took the old water heater away. He was terrific - explaining everything he was doing while he was doing it. I have used Plumbing Solutions for all my plumbing issues and I have never been disappointed. They have fixed my toilet in an emergency, replaced my garbage disposal and replaced leaking faucet. In every case, I have been very impressed with both Matt and Tim.

Tim provides great, fast service. He is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing and what is best for our house.

I have used Plumbing Solutions a number of times all successfully. the most recent was a hot water heater which failed and was leaking on the day I was leaving for vacation. I gave them my credit card and they came the next day and replaced it - saving my basement and my vacation.

They were great. They are now our family plumber. Folks down the street used them and raved as well. They seem pricey to me which is the only minus.

Everything went excellent -- Matt's quote was a little higher than others, however, you pay for what you get. I was planning a kitchen re-model, and was trying to complete everything in a week. I laid out a timeline with Matt -- he and his team showed up exactly when he said he would. The work was completed professionally, on time, and on budget. What really stood out was the level of professionalism. Matt and his team really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right. I would definitely give these guys a call again in the future.

Very professional and timely service. Matt helped us make sure we had the right product and helped us fill out the right paperwork so we could get the maximum available rebates which were substantial. He made sure he was present for all the necessary inspections and he arranged the appointments for these as well. We have used Plumbing Solutions for 20+ years and have always had great service and results. They know their business very well and they pride themselves on good service and they always deliver on those commitments. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

We adore Plumbing Solutions. In addition to such great customer service, they also are extremely proficient workers. We needed new toilets, our kitchen sink was leaking, and one of our showers wasn't getting warm enough. Matt first came to assess the situation, fixed the shower that day, and talked me through options for the new toilets. I was originally planning on buying them from Home Depot, and while they would install them, he pointed out that the ones from Home Depot aren't the same quality as the regular Toto products (corners have to be cut somewhere to lower the price). He told me a reputable place we could buy the Toto toilets, but then gave us a deal of installing 2 and giving us 1/2 off the 3rd toilet! Given that and that we have a small car, it would have been such a pain to make 3 trips to the store, we chose to have Plumbing Solutions buy the toilets and install them. Matt and another worker came on a Tuesday, and all three toilets and the kitchen sink were installed in one day! We adore our Toto toilets (and can already see a difference in water usage)!

They were great. They are very friendly and polite. The workers always have a smile on their faces. The work we had done was a little expensive, but it was complicated. Therefore we feel that we did get our monies worth. We would definitely use this company again.
