Excellent service. Prompt response, friendly and knowledgeable.

Prompt, courteous, neat, gave clear explanation regarding the work to be done, and price was as quoted.

They did good quality work, but they were perhaps a little bit on the expensive side. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

After a weekend phone call, then a return call I returned a call. I indicated that there are will be multiple bids on the contract, not a surprise as its approximately a 5000.00 job. He refused to bid on it based on the fact he did not have this exclusively.

During the great flood of 2010, my sump pump stopped working during the day. At the end of the day, I had about 4" of water in my basement. I called Tim that evening and he got back to me within an hour, which was impressive given the backlog of calls he was dealing with. We tried several things via the phone to see if I could get the pump started, but nothing worked. Tim came out the next day and discovered that there was a small piece of wood jammed into the paddles of the pump. He repaired the pump and was able to procure a second pump later in the day, which he was able to install before I got home from work. When I did get home, the basement was dry and has been so since.

Overall it went very well from the first call to voicemail and quick return within 24 hrs with an appointment set for estimate/first piece of the work to the last piece of replacing toilet. Very pleased w/the work done. Seemed a little pricey, but plumbing usually is and I'm always looking for ways to save some money, expecially in the past14 months.

They were great. We had a blockage in our sewer which they were not able to fix but they recommended someone and returned our money which was amazing because we weren't expecting that. The experience was great. I think they were reasonable for what they did. I would use them again if needed.

They are excellent and they did a very good work. They are extremely professional, very prompt and they come on time as the schedule. I will grade them high across all categories.

We had purchased all new appliances several months ago with the intention of installing ourselves - but of course that never happened. After reading about Plumbing Solutions on here and noticing their high rating we gave them a call. They were absolutely great...came on time, worked diligently to get everything done, were very professional and obviously were very skilled and qualified. It's a week later and everything is working great. When the bill arrived for the work it was very reasonable given the high quality and professionalism they displayed. We have definitely found "our plumber"!

Entire toilet had become loose and started leaking serious amounts of water. I called Plumbing Solutions and they offered to come out the same day. Since I had to work we arranged for a service call the next morning. Two plumbers arrived a bit early the next morning (they called me first to make sure it was ok). They diagnosed the problem within minutes, told me exactly what it would cost, and finished the entire job in under two hours. They left the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. Good guys; would definitely hire again.

Excellent. They are very neat workers. I've used them for at least 10 to 15 years.

Came on the day I called, very responsive, explained what he was going to do and made up a request of proposal for me and gave us our options before he started the work. The work was extensive but they replaced the water heater with a 1,500 gallon water tank and also fixed a leak coming from the cooper tubes that we had had for years. In and out within 3 hours and removed old water heater and all materials they had used including the old piping. TJ Sullivan did the work for us.

Plumbing Solutions was and is a great company. They always called me before they got to the house, to know if it was all right for them to be there at that hour. They were very professional. They are always timely, and I am very satisfied with their work. I believe that their price is about average.

I have used him for a long time. My experience with them is that every time you call them, they usually get someone out the same day. They are extremely professional and always do good work. I've never had to call them back. They are friendly; a lot of people in our neighborhood use them and I would recommend them to others.

I have used this company in the past to also do heating work for me. I have always been pleased with them. My contractor sub-contracted TJ out for this job when we was having our home renovated. I think the choice was wise. I am very happy with the outcome. I am not sure what exactly this particular job cost, but I will say that it was well worth it.

TJ Sullivan has worked for us several times, most recently to install a new water heater. He did the job the same day we called, and provided intelligent advice on which unit to buy, whether we should get an extended warranty, and details on accessories and hookups. There was no mess to clean up after him. I would recommend TJ Sullivan to anyone.

I had difficulty finding the specific brand, type, and color toilet that I wanted. Tim was very helpful over a couple of weeks continuing to search for the toilet. I eventually found one on my own and his company installed it. I was initially given an estimate for a typical installation of $300, the price was twice that. I chose a one piece toilet and did not know in advance that it requires two people for installation. Granted, it was not typical as the flange needed to be replaced, which required additional time. Otherwise I found the workers, Mike and Eric knowledgeable, arrived on time, neat (put down mats and wore shoecovers every time they went in and out of the house) and cleaned up after themselves. They also disposed of the old toilet.

AS USUAL SULLIVAN PLUMBING PERFORMED THE WORK AS SCHEDULED AND W/O ANY MESS REMAINING.

IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY, BUT STILL REPLACED IT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CALLING. PRIOR TIMES HE INSTALLED DISHWASHER, WASHER, BASEMENT SINK, AND EJECTOR PUMP, ALL ON A TIMELY BASIS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS. TIM RETURNS CALLS USUALLY SAME DAY AFTER WORK. EXPLAINS MAINTENANCE ISSUES VERY CLEARLY.

WE HAD CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO CAME BY, SAID THAT WE NEEDED A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF PIPES. HE SAID HE'D CALL BACK, AND THEN DISAPPEARED, NOT RETURNING OUR CALLS AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO REACH HIM! TIM SULLIVAN UNDERSTOOD THAT WE NEEDED TO USE THE BATHROOM SINK AND FIT US IN PROMPTLY. HE AGREED THAT OUR PIPES NEEDED REPLACING, AND HE DID THIS IMMEDIATELY. I WISH WE'D CALLED HIM FIRST.
