The project started on the date he told us. They were always on time. The crew was very professional and never left a mess at the end of the day. The project was complete in 10 days. The subcontractors were all excellent. A special tip of the cap to the painters; after much soul searching we decided to have the kitchen cabinets painted black. Well, the job they did was just outstanding. I wish we knew how to download pictures, because words don't do justice to the finished product

I needed an electrician to fix some problems that an inspector found in the condo that I'm selling, so I looked on Angie's List under Electrical, found this company, which was very close by and had very good ratings, and gave them a call. I got voice mail, so rather than leave a really long message, I decided to e-mail and attach a copy of the inspector's report, which detailed what needed to be fixed. Mike emailed me back and told me that he's actually a general contractor and that I would need to get an electrician for the job. (I just saw "Electrical" on the list, and never looked at the details about the company.) But he recommended the company that he uses, gave me all their contact information, office hours, and even the name of the person who would answer the phone. He also forwarded the email and the attached inspection report to that company. (I did call that company and they took really good care of me.) I really appreciate the fact that Mike went to the trouble to respond to my email, recommend someone, and forward my email on to them. Very classy.

They were very prompt and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. The work was outstanding.

Mike is awesome! Nothing but professional from the sales process through completion. His staff are also very professional. Mike also allowed us to purchase our own materials, including plumbing, which worked to our advantage. Talk about responsive - there was a slight plumbing mishap that occurred in the unfinished kitchen at 10 pm on a Saturday. We left a voicemail message on Mike's cell. He called within an hour and was at the house on Sunday at 8 am. When unexpected items arose (and they always do), he was very fair and reasonable. Also, added wainscoting and crown molding in bath. He also made a radiator cover for us at no cost. We wish we had more house for him to work on!

Mike was a joy to work with. Returns calls and emails promptly. Never batted an eye when changes were made to original quoted work. He offered several suggestions that I ended up doing as they made more sense than what I had planned. His two workers, John and Doug, were true professionals. Never let anything bother them. Did excellent work. His subs were great, too. All showed up when they said they would, did excellent work and kept the job flowing on schedule. Mike oversaw everything and constantly asked if everything was okay as they were doing it. He kept me informed as to the time line for each week of renovation so I knew what would happen when. We will be using Mike again next year when we renovate our living room/dining room area.
