Description of Work: This is an expensive service, but it provides comfort to know that they will come quickly should anything go wrong and that they are high quality professionals.

Description of Work: Cranney was very helpful and professional. While they could not fix the problem permanently (that will require excavating and replacing pipes), they dealt with the roots at least for now. Their camera inspection and their knowledge about the situation was crucial in helping me understand how to go forward.

Description of Work: They did a tune up on my air conditioing system. They came when they said they would. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the main drain which had caused sewage to back up into our basement. Due to the deal on Angie's List we saved almost $400.00 and was able to have somebody come out the same day and do a camera inspection of the main drain all the way to the street. The only thing I didn't like was that the person was standing in the sewer water in our basement and then walking in and out of the house. Every other company that worked on this problem put some sort of paper or walkway down so their dirty shoes would not get all over our floors. However the timeliness and service they provided would cause me to definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They fixed several problems with my furnace, dampers not dampening. They are awesome!

Description of Work: They came because part of the electricity in my house was out. It took a day and a half of testing from the box to everyt outlet and junction box in the house to find the loose wire. Along the way, they tightened others (the system is an old one and things had loosenedup over the years). The 2 men were careful,pnctua, professional and a pleasure to have in the house. They were neat in their work, too. Because the temperaturees was about 100 degrees in my attic, they asked if they could come very early the second morning to work there, and I said yes. They were here by 8. | |I used Cranney several times for a couple of years and joined their membership for $23 a month, as I liked their service and knew I needed some plumbing work done. Again, they were prompt, courteous, careful andthorough. |Tjheir customer service I thought was excellent. The first time I ever called, they had someone here within the hour! I could hardly believe the quick and efficient response. Ihave since dropped the monthly service as I have someone else who can take cre of these household issues, but I was happy with Cranney's service and work when I was using them. It was reassuring to know I could make a cal and get help with the issues they deal with immediately.

Description of Work: Replaced my gas furnace and thermostat. The old furnace was power vented through the wall,but only 18" off there ground. This met the code at the time, however even the current clearance of 32" would have been problematic this past winter with 6' to 7' drifts. Cranny extended the vents to 8' off the ground. My house is over 150 years old which presents challenges whenever "modern" equipment is installed. The Cranney installation team including plumbers and electricians brought their master plumber in to resolve one of these challenges. The furnace replacement was completed March 4th. The vents had to wait for the snow to clear.

Description of Work: I had gone on vacation and came home to find that I had NO heat for a couple of days because the Thermal coupler went on my furnace. It was 32 degrees in my house, I call Cranney and they were here within 2 hours.
