Overall everything went well. I wasn't completely pleased when I learned that I would have to pay an additional $300 in order for coolant to be pumped into my system in order for the "tune-up," to be performed. But after watching Shawn perform the steps for the maintenance, it seemed like it was a necessary evil, and not something that Cranney could control. At the end of the appointment I ended up enrolling in their annual maintenance plan so I certainly would use them again, as well as recommend to others.

It took him a little longer than he thought to get here but once he did he went right to work. He was very thorough, polite and professional. I was afraid I might be pushed to have more done than I asked for but he was respectful and left me information in case I need other services in the future. They sent a very nice young man who knew what he was doing and got the job done fast.

The basement and faucet repairs went well, but the quote on the toilet was $300, decided to do it myself. All in all a good experience. They don't do estimates separate from coming over and being ready to do the work. It you don't use them, it cost you like $50.

Very professional job. Well satisfied. Would hire again.

The job was scheduled for 3 different dates. I originally scheduled to have the faucet replaced, and was home and waiting for the technician. I waited all morning. That afternoon, I called to confirm the status. I was told I was next on the schedule. About an hour later I got a call from Cranney saying the person scheduled to come was stuck on a job, and wasn't going to make it to my house. Their other technician had called out sick, so there was no other option but to reschedule. I rescheduled for next week......again, waited all morning for technician. Called Cranney to confirm I would be service. Was told yes, I am on schedule. Received a call later that day to tell me the technician was ill, and had to go home, and could not come to my house that day.....My only option was to reschedule. Rescheduled for next week. Received call the day before to confirm that I was on calendar. Next day came, and I called to get idea of timing...was told time could not be determined, but I was on list. Waited all morning, and finally technician came late morning. Once he got there, he was professional, quick, and efficient. Job was done in less than 1 hour. The price was certainly a bargain, but the wasted time waiting for the appointment only to have them rescheduled was very frustrating.

Long story short- we live in an old house and this small "deal" project ended up turning into an all day project and involving an electrician. Crummey honored the $80 deal and did hours of labor without any additional cost to us. They were highly professional and we were very impressed by their dedication to do what was right by the customer. The replacement of the actual faucet was quick had their not been other issues that arose ... out of Cranney's control. They are full service and we would certainly consider using them again.

It went well. It was a two man job. Men were very neat in doing job.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and very very thorough. He carefully explained what he was doing at each step, and why it was important. I learned a fair bit about how A/Cs work that day! We noticed that the A/C was working more efficiently after the service than before: during the hot months in July and August, the A/C would run continuously just tio try to keep up. After the service the A/C is running less because it's working more efficiently and doesn't have to work so hard. We were impressed enough with Cranney that we specifically added them to our list of bidders for the contract to replace our HVAC system. They won that bid as well; we'll write another review when that work is complete. In summary, I have nothing but good things to say about their work. I recommend them without reservation.

The Big Deal for $99 to replace my outside faucet was perfect as it has been leaking for months. I made one call to Cranney Home Services after placing Big Deal order and got a return call that day. Easy scheduling at my convenience. If you don't mind early am appointment 7:00, 7:30 or 8:00 they will schedule exact time. Person called the day before the appointment to confirm. Jason showed up right on time at 8:00 am, very well dressed and polite and made sure he wiped his shoes before entering the house. My wife really appreciates that. Whole appointment took an hour, sealed the faucet to the house and it works great. He had a marketing folder to leave with me for future, that sort of thing. Perfectly reasonable. For $99 I got off cheap with very little up-sell. I’ll call them again.

The crew was right on time and the job was done very professionally. I had a very pleasant experience with the company.

Steve was punctual and courteous. Found the problem of the HVAC fairly quick. Did maintenance on it, and gave me a few tips on basic care. He did pitch me other services that the company offers for me to consider.

It went great. The company rep came out and gave us an estimate almost immediately after we called, he explained everything in great detail and we felt very comfortable going with Cranney. The original installation only took 2 days. Then they had to come back for 1 day, after the gas company put in the gas line. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. We had one small problem with the AC, but they came out and adjusted it the same day we called.

The technician was on time and professional. He recommended an additional service for my system, however there was no hard sales pitch / pressure, which I appreciated. I had an overall good experience.

Steve Lee was fantastic. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand my central air unit as well as doing a thorough evaluation and tune up. I was so impressed that I hired this company for future services via their service contracts. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Cranny Home Services is great. The guy who came out was in and out. He was professional. He was very good.

Cranney would not provide a free estimate.Instead they proposed a service call that would cost $50, minimum.

The entire experience was very satisfactory. The Cranney technicians were very courteous and professional. They were very careful not to track dirt into the house, and thoroughly cleaned-up after themselves. They performed multiple projects for me that day, and the quality of their work was at the high-end of my expectations. One of the projects was something I just decided to do that day, and Cranney was able to dispatch the required electrician & plumber to my home within 1 hour of me asking for it.

He answered all the questions I had about the pluming. He was very knowledgeable. A lot of professional do not want to take the time to answer fully and he did that with us. He also gave us estimates on other jobs that needed to be done. He gave us the very comprehensive information we needed with out pressuring us to do anything. We really enjoyed his attitude.

Overall experience was excellent and I am extremely pleased with the quality, professionalism and polite and friendly personnel. .

They do a lot of different things and have dome many things in the past, too. They do a great job and I will continue to use them in future.

After seeing water in the drain bin, I called Cranney to check my water heater. A plumber came to my home and saw that the water heater was beginning to show signs of failure. He explained to me that it was imminent that the water heater would need to be replaced and explained all of my options, including giving me an overview of how a water heater works. I was initially going to take a day to determine exactly which route I wanted to take, but ended up scheduling a replacement of the water heater. After I made my decision, and after further discussion, the plumber on call decided to call in the make and model of my current Bradford White water heater and discovered that there were 2 more years under warranty. As a result, the plumber was able to apply a credit towards a new heater, reducing my out-of-pocket expenses. I was impressed. Also, when the day arrived for the installation of the new heater, the plumber was prompt, professional and neat. He removed the old heater and installed the new one within a total of 2 hours, and I had hot water within a short time after he left. I was impressed with the plumber's level of expertise amt professionalism.

The service was friendly and professional, but overpriced. Will probably purchase part and do it ourselves for a third of the price if it wears out again after their 2yr warranty.
