Description of Work: It went well once the scheduling issues were ironed out and the weather cooperated. We would use Pat's Painting and Surface Care. The date of service may not be 100% accurate, but the work described below was performed. | |Below are the details for painting at your home. | |1. Paint work Includes: as described in your word document and described |below. | |2. Work by others: |A. Movement of items on front porch that will impede the painting process. | |3. Paint materials: |A. shall include Benjamin Moore and rustoleum. | |4. Execution: |A. Powerwash Entire house(windows can be washed for an additional |fee),Garage, gazebo, white fence to the left of the front door. house |foundation, patio, walk way around the house, front stairs, bulked, back |and front wrought iron railings, two cement pieces to the left and right |of front stairs, furniture inside of gazebo. |B. Sand wrought iron railings as needed. |C. Sand garage as needed for loose and peeling paint. Excludes old door |that may be replaced. |D. Scrape inner frames of windows on front porch. Caulk as needed. |E. Replace 2 or 3 shingles on the roof of the gazebo. |F. Spot prime as needed the wrought iron railings and the bulked. |G. Scrape, sand and spot prime as needed the crank out window on the |driveway side of the house. |H. 2 coat garage existing colors. Excludes old door that may be replaced. |I. 1 coat wrought iron railings. |J. 1 coat all surfaces on gazebo 1 color and 1 finish. |K. 2 coat window on side of house. excludes window edges and inner frames |to prevent the window from sticking. |L. 2 coat front door exterior only. |M. 1 coat inner window frames on the front porch. |N. Cut up and dispose of picnic table. |O. Work area shall remain reasonably neat during the painting process. |P. Clean work area daily and upon completion. |Q. Description of Work: This was an excellent vendor- Pat was personable, came back quickly with an estimate , and when he started the job was on time, neat and did exactly what he told us he would do at the start. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again for more jobs this winter

Description of Work: Pat and his crew washed, prepped, painted (2 coats) the exterior of our house. And, an inside sunroom. The job was perfectly done and the cleanup was extraordinary. We will use them again for interior work.

Description of Work: Excellent proffesionalism in quality of job performed. The crew was pleasant to work with and do all the little things that make a job top notch. We would not hesitate to use them again or reccommend them to any prospective customers. They were cldean nd cleaned uo every day and pay extreme attention to the smallest detail and had plenty of goof suggstions. Extremely satisfied!
