Pat’s Painting did a wonderful job. They are a close partner in our community. On numerous occasions Pat and his company have volunteered their time to support community initiatives and organizations. In this case, Pat and his company painted the fences at one of the town’s little league fields. The fences look brand new. They are a really great company.

Pats team does incredible work! The edges are perfect! And I find it incredible how we can do it all in a day or less! Prices are very competitive.

Since Pats had a high rating on Angie' list I trust the service. BEWARE. Unfortunately what was promised was not delivered. When Pat arrived, he altered the contract different than what we discussed. His worker broke an art piece in the front of our house. Removed a drain pipe for days and the water destroyed my garden.

From the initial quote which was in the middle of the prices we received from other providers to the cleanup at the end of the job, Pat's Painting met and exceeded our expectations. The quote we received was very professional, detailed and easy to understand. Every action that was to be performed was detailed with prices. The weather was a concern given the timing of the job, but Pat assured me they would be able to complete it before it got to cold. The crew of 4 showed up exactly at the time Pat said they would and did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with the work crew that worked on our house. They worked real hard just about every minute they were here. From cleaning to scraping to sanding to prep work to painting and cleanup these guys worked very hard, were very respectful of our property and me. They completed the job in the time that was estimated and we are very pleased with the work performed and Pat's responsiveness. If in need of additional work we will have Pat and his team perform it for us. A very positive experience.

Pat was incredibly responsive from the initial inquiry to the final walk-through. He provided a very prompt estimate and we discussed the deck stain to be used. He provided dealers in the area for me to look at samples and after choosing a custom order semi-transparent stain the work began faster than anticipated. The team was fast, thorough and very clean; protecting the house and environment during the power-washing and painting phases. A follow up walk through was done upon completion. I had some questions about the stain, due to the fact that it was a custom product (SuperDeck: semi-transparent stain, with tung oil and Carnauba wax) covered older weather exposed wood - Pat and his team followed up and brought a quick resolution. After hunting for a painter for two seasons without success, it was incredibly refreshing to work with a professional who maintained constant open communication, performed the job faster than anticipated and guaranteed a higher quality outcome than I could have imagine. I strongly recommend using Pat's Painting & Surface Care, in fact we begun discussing for painting the entire house in the Spring of 2015.

Pat and his crew did an amazing job on our house. Pat's price wasn't the cheapest but the value was totally there!. We chose Pat because he took time to tell us about his business and his approach to working with customers, he took time to tell us about his crew, he listened to us about what we wanted to do, and then he walked the entire house perimeter to talk about what needed to be done. Our house was built in the early "80's and there was repair work that needed to be done and Pat was skilled in identifying the problems and suggesting the fixes . Then after doing all that, Pat spent another 25 minutes working up the estimate. We felt that the quote we got was realistic and there would not be any surprises and that Pat really cared about delivering a quality outcome. One of the best things about working with Pat is that he was collaborative about what needed to be done. He saved us from one very bad paint choice and then suggested another color choice we wouldn't have come up with - and is just remarkable. Pat could have cut corners on some of the applications, but he did not and was totally clear on why some choices were better than others and we were able to feel very comfortable with all the project decisions. Pat's crew is fabulous!!! Very detailed oriented, meticulous, and very skilled. We had some damage around windows that turned out to be more serious than originally noted, and the crew fixed it and you could not tell that it was not the original part of the house. Pat's crew works very hard - they only took a quick lunch break and then were back at it. The crew cleaned up every night - you could not tell that they were there at the end of the work day. They cleaned up at the end of the project and our property looked like no workers had been there - except that the house looked fabulous. All our neighbors stopped by to say how spectacular the house looked. Without reservation we would recommend Pat and his team to paint your house!

It went very well. I have used Pat's Painting three or four times before this, and each time I have found him and his crew to be highly professional and excellent to work with. They were very responsive to areas of concern, working until whatever problem area was resolved to our satisfaction; they worked neatly and efficiently, arrived promptly each morning to get to work, and had things cleaned up at the end of each work day. I definitely recommend him and his crew.

It went extremely well. Start date delayed only because of the unusual amount of rain we got in June. They showed up every day until the job was done. Cost of job was right on budget. At the end of each day, all areas were cleaned up. Very professional! I felt comfortable enough that I left my door unlocked when I left the house in case workers needed to use the restroom. I need some interior painting done, and will definitely hire Pat's Painting!

Pat provided a clear and professional estimate, including certificates of insurance. The start date was on schedule and the time for completion, adjusted for rain days, was spot on. The prep work was carefully done and the prime coats and stain/pain were meticulous. Pat and his team were pleasant to deal with and the total cost was spot on, no adds, no changes, nothing left out. I dare say one of the most pleasant experices as a homeowner I have ever had. Pat was there for much of the work and his team was professional and easy to deal with. A two thumbs up.

The overall experiance was good. Some rush on paint selection, and confusion on brands to be used. Pat is very understanding and works with you. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. We ran into some significant wood rot issues and his team took right over to fix it. He is expensive but the quality is worth it .His pricing is fair. His team listens to you as well. This company works with old fasion values and are respectful. Clean up everyday--- spotless. They even wash all your windows after the painting is done. I highly recommend Pats Painting and Surface Care. I will be calling Pat back for interior work later this year. A BIG THANK YOU !!!

Very prompt. Provided the most detailed quote out of all the quotes I received. Explained the specifics of how he would approach the job. Follow through was excellent. Because the winter was fast approaching, I did not go ahead with the job, but plan to this summer.

Pat contacted me immediately and provided a very thorough and accurate estimate which included labor and cost of supplies. Being a first time home owner I had a lot of questions which he patiently and thoroughly answered so that I could make informed decisions. He and his crew are the ultimate gentlemen. The work was done beautifully - neat, clean and time efficient. My expectations were actually exceeded. I was so pleased with the work I plan to have them do some interior work for me and have already referred a few of my friends to him.

Responsible work crew - needed no supervision. 2 of the guys had excellent carpentry skills & were able to repair rotten wood in 2 area. That put them behind with the painting, but they were able to catch up. Polite and professional.

A year later, after lots of sun, snow, rain, and abuse from chairs and dog nails, the paint was still in great shape. It only needed a touchup here and there. For reference, this deck, and similar ones throughout the neighborhood typically need to be washed, sanded, and thoroughly painted every year. Not this time! The job was top notch!

Overall great service. Very professional. A bit more expensive than other quotations, but the service was excellent the material used was excellent. Frankly, never go on the cheap for good service and a quality product.

I have told the story above. The experience was pleasant and easy and the workmanship outstanding.

We hired Pat's Painting to paint the exterior of our large home. We had a lot of peeling paint and other issues. Pat and his crew did a perfect job on the preparation (scraping, sanding, caulking) and also in replacing some trim boards that had been water-damaged. The paint job was very neat and looked beautiful. I asked Pat to change the color of my front door from black to red and it was difficult for the red paint to cover the black. It needed three coats of red paint to cover and Pat came back three times to accomplish it to his (and my) satisfaction. I picked Pat's Painting because of the reviews that I saw on Angie's List and I am very, very glad I did. His price was very fair and he is ultra-concerned about his customer's satisfaction. The best recommendation that I can give is that my super-picky husband could not find anything to complain about!! You will not be sorry if you hire Pat's Painting for your job.

It was refreshing to find a contractor who cares, shows up, and does what they say they will. I have already asked them to put me on the schedule to paint the exterior of my house in the Spring, which unfortunately is a complete mess, as prior to finding out about Pat's painting, I hired someone who didn't know what they were doing. I look forward to working with Pat and his crew again. I would highly recommend Pat's painting!

My house is around 50 years old and still has the original siding. Although it had been painted 10 years ago, it was in pretty rough shape. They did a great job replacing the garage back entry door and facia boards around the back porch roof line. The back porch ceiling, which is drywall, came out beautiful. They paid a lot of attention to detail and did a fantastic job. I have hired various contractors to do remodeling projects over the years and I can honestly say that Pat and his crew are the best and wonderful to work with. They were here when they said they would be and did an absolutely beautiful job on my home, above and beyond what I expected. They take a lot of pride in their work and do a very professional job.

We decided to go a different direction on the exterior of the house. We had siding put on. We are going to hire him to do some interior work. He seems to be very creative and had a good eye for color. He was helpful in that way and had some good ideas. I will use him again in the future.
