I was extremely pleased!

I sent my rider in for a spring tune up, not to RJ's, but another place. The bill was $400. Of this, $291 was LABOR. I called the company and was told that their charge for labor was $98/hour. I wasn't feel too good about that. So, I logged on to Angie's List to ask a few other service providers if that was the industry standard. I came across RJ's listing and they had good reviews so I felt pretty good that the information I would receive would be honest. I talked to Bob and explained my situation and asked my question - what was the standard labor cost per hour for lawnmower repair or maintenance? He did tell me that it was anywhere between $60 - $100. I felt better. I didn't like paying for $291 of labor, but I felt a little relieved knowing I hadn't gotten totally taken advantage of. Bob was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. Eventhough I didn't have any business for him (I promised him next year's tune up!), he provided me with information that I could trust and I consider that great service. Bob said he was looking to get the word out about his business - Angie's List is a great place to start! I will tell everybody I know that needs help with their lawnmowers to call Bob. Thanks!!!

I meant to write a glowing report when I first engaged Bob. He was terrific. He came to our home to give an estimate. He picked up and delivered our riding mower. He fixed it within the estimate, on time, and he completely cleaned the machine while he was at it. I will definitely call Bob again when I need this kind of service.

Really outstanding service. Friendly and professional. They provided me with detailed information, kept me informed when there was a delay from the manufacturer in getting parts. Much better service and price than I ever had from the dealers of these expensive pieces of equipment.

Picked up lawn tractor on Weds,called with estimate, did the repair and delivered to my house on Friday. Estimate was accurate and service was excellent. Highly recomended

They were great. Very friendly and professional. They picked up my push-type Craftsman lawnmower before I had to go to work in the morning. They ordered the needed parts, got the parts, fixed it and returned the mower to me after I got out of work, all within two weeks! That was quick, and most of the time was the waiting for a part from the manufacturer. They relaced a plastic guard, shapened the blade, cleaned out the engine, changed the oil, and cleaned the outside of the mower. It looked and worked like brand new. I would highly recommend them. They will be taking care of my leaf-blower and snow-blower in the future when they need maintanence. :) Thanks for making it easy for this busy professional guy!

We had trouble with our snowblower , and felt it needed a tune up. I researched angie's list and found that R.J. Enterprises had a very good reputation. They picked up both snowblower, and our lawn mower, for a total of 25$ for a pick up and return delivery. (who could ask for better?) they replaced spark plugs, added a new blade to the lawn mower , returned the other blade to show us how bad it was, it was chipped many places, they cleaned underside of lawnmower,Changed oils to both, and did a fine tune up. They were professional as well as very very very nice people! We were happy that they came, and very happy with the service . They asked that we call them , if we had any trouble starting either snowblower or lawnmower.

Bob answered our call right away and came out to pick up the snow blower. We were concerned it would cost a lot to fix and would probably have to buy a new one. To our surprise, it was an easy fix and only cost $40. Very honest and reputable.
