I would advise against using Ideal Kitchens. They were very responsive during the planning stages and getting started. Once underway they were very slow and there were frequent mis-communications between the lead carpenter and the tiling subcontractor. Also, working on the assumption that the lead carpenter was the expert I did not press him on obvious details such as "I do not want the counter-top to obstruct me from opening the shower door." They failed on this task resulting in rework that took 4 weeks. They were not the cheapest but came highly recommended and seemed responsive. What we got was equivalent to the cheapest.

Ed came on time, listened to what we were looking for, went to work writing an estimate that was fair and reasonable and within a few weeks, we put a downpayment for the job to e done. We are still waiting for the job to be scheduled. Ask me again in June, perhaps it will be done by then.

Prompt, efficient,polite,professional crews. we are totally satisfied with our window replacements and vinyl installations. One crew replaced and installed windows within one day; the next crew replaced and installed the siding all in one day. Both installation crews provided a complete service even beyond what the bid had stated. We have already recommended Ideal Kitchens to anyone who admires their finished product. They took much longer than anticipated to complete the job, but was well worth it. The job was done beautifully and turned out exactly as I had hoped. I had only one issue, after a period of time the doors started to drop/sink. I called and they immediately came out to fix them. I am still having an issue with one drawer and track, but at least they are willing to come out when I call.
