Did a complete remodeling of our upstairs bathroom. We were very pleased with the completion.

Everything (from the 1st meeting to the final install) was exemplary! Fantastic across the board. Everyone (carpenters, contractors, front office staff, everyone!!) was courteous and professional. The carpenters especially were phenomenal. They made certain that we were completely satisfied with every detail of the new kitchen. Even the building inspector commented on how impressed he was with the quality of their work. They arrived on time, worked hard while they were here, were great with our kids/dog, and had really good taste in music. Everyone at Ideal consistently went above and beyond our expectations. I can't wait to work with them again!

Dave was superb! If there was a rating of 10, he would have an 11. He was easy to work with, very neat and offered those "little extras" that I didn't even think of. Hi price was reasonable and the workmanship was well worth it. You can see he loves his job and he truly wants to see his customers happy! I would recommend him to anyone!

This is not my first experience with Ideal Kitchens. My original project was a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Next, I had new stairs and railings installed . Recently, closets were refaced and other repairs were made. My carpenter for all these projects was George. I can't say enough about him. Every time he has come to my home, he outdoes himself if that is even possible. He listens to my concerns and often has offered better solutions. George always gives 100% + and it shows. I often felt that he cared about my home as much as I do. Other professionals/vendors have come into my home and commented on the quality and workmanship in my home. From the office staff to the workers (especially George), I highly recommend Ideal Kitchens to my family and friends.

I had great design choices and had excellent professionals doing the work. If I had any issues they were quite hands on and were very responsive to anything that I was saying and I appreciated them being receptive to that. Once they started the work, they stayed on it and finished the work in a very timely manner. Also as far as project management, Linda was always there for me when I had a question and would follow up with me, even in the evenings and on weekends and kept me updated with a timeline as to when certain parts of the project would be completed and when I had to be there. The staff in the showroom was very courteous and responsive as well. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

In the beginning we worked with Scott, the carpenter, and they just finished the crown molding. Scott came back with Chad; they are very professional, and work as if it were their own home. They are also very on top of communication.

Very reliable, went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and very patient in answering as many questions as I had. From start to finish I would rate them an A ++. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel/update their kitchen.

Lyle & his son, Jeffrey, did excellent carpentry work, but the finisher of the cabinet doors did not do a satisfactory job in finishing the doors. There are a lot of imperfections. What was supposed to take two weeks took two months, and $ 25,000.00 later I feel that I would have been better off getting new cabinets at a lesser cost & less aggravation.

We highly recommend Ideal Kitchens for anyone looking for a quality remodel. From start to finish, all of their staff was on time, courteous, respectful and neat. The workmanship was absolutely beautiful! They went the extra steps in customer service and performed extras to insure that their customer was satisfied. Without a doubt, an excellent company to chose for a remodel!

NEW Cabinets have been ordered along with all hardware. Also are having granite countertops and glassblock backsplash installed. So far, my wife and are are extremely pleased with all involved in our kitchen renovation.

Ideal Kitchens farms out their installations of granite and quartz to a Western Massachusetts. The installing company was called back several times because of workmanship issues and we finally gave up trying to get the results we were looking for. While the people at Ideal Kitchens are very courteous and professional the job was never finished to our satisfaction.

Always there to answer any question, very quick with installation and everyone that came to hte house was very friendly and proffesional.

Make sure they answer all your questions, and don't let them leave out the details. They know all about this business, but most regular people don't. So when they tell you something, make sure they fully explain things.
