Karla is the best. We have had a nationwide pest control company in the past that accomplished nothing. Karla understood the problems based on the animals' behavior patterns and was able to solve our problem in just a couple of visits. She was very concerned about our dog's safety and modified her program accordingly. I strongly recommend her.

I just can't say enough good things about this woman (sorry, forget her name). She was pleasant, professional, available on short notice, and got the job done.

yellow jackets built a nest in my wall, I tried to spray them through the entrance point which ended up being a mistake as it repelled them and drew them into my house through an electrical outlet. That's when I decided to call a professional. I had a few quotes from larger companies before I found Aardvark's solutions. From the first contact I had a good feeling: she is prompt to call you back, she does the job herself and knows what she is doing and how to explain it and her price was better then the competition. She came on time and when i opened the door I knew i had made the right choice. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer person! Everything went as she explained, she took care of the problem and alleviated all my concerns. It's the kind of jobs where you are happy to pay support her business because you know you are dealing with a real person who cares about her job and customers. Hire her with no hesitations you won't regret it. If I ever have a pest problem i won't bother with quotes from other companies because i know who to call.

All we can say is, Karla is a gift from the universe. We had rats in our basement this summer and almost had a nervous breakdown. Sure Karla came out, gave an assessment, set traps, etc., etc. That was great. But really it was her calmness that talked us down from the ledge that was the most welcome. Unlike another exterminator, she didn't try to freak us out and upsell. She just said, "well, I know it's hard, but they're just rats and we'll figure out what to do." When "we had activity" (that is, rats in the traps) she came out to take care of them and through it all she was calm and good humored (I was hysterical and ill-tempered). We plugged up the hole, got rid of the rats, and had a little Rat-TSD therapy and it was all good. I think Karla should go on Oprah and be Oprah's personal exterminator. If you're freaking out about rats, call Karla. Believe me, I will.

Karla came out, took a thorough look around, and set traps for mice. We had used her in the past, when we realized that a mouse was getting into our dog food bin (several months ago). She came right out, set traps, and got the mice... a few of them. This time, our dog was sniffing around the baseboards in our kitchen so we suspected mice... sure enough, Karla came out and set traps again and caught mice.... again. She put our minds at ease that this wasn't an infestation or anything and that there weren't any other "bigger" problems hanging around. She was prompt, very careful, and very professional. We hope that we never have to use her again (because we hate mice in the house) but if we suspect any critters in the future, we won't call anyone but Aardvark.

She set traps and put some poison around the basement. She came back twice to check if it was working. She is an easy person to work with and is friendly. She explains things and you can discuss with her. As far as I could tell that was the end of the mice problem. I didn’t have the feeling that she was trying to sell me too much. I would use her again if I have some problems.

The woman who came out, I think her name was Karla and she was great. I emailed her and she emailed right back. She came out, did her work, cleaned what she did and was very nice. The work she did was good. I have recommended them to several people. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Karla was extremely thorough. She spoke with the tenants to determine the nature of the problem. Since one of the tenants had a dog, Karla was careful not to use any materials that could be harmful to the dog. Karla thoroughly logged placements of traps and made a followup visit to determine effectiveness of the initial treatment. The tenants were pleased with Karla's professionalism and thoroughness...and reported no further mice activity. Happy tenants make a happy landlord!

I emailed the company about a house centipede problem that I am having in a basement unit. I received a call back the next day from Karla. She gave me tips on how to get rid of them such as sealing up cracks, removing moisture from the unit, removing leaves from around the house, etc. Decided to try that first before spraying. She gave an approximate cost of $150 for the chemical spray.

She was excellent. She couldn't help me with my problem, but she was really responsive. She answered all my questions and directed me to someone who would be able to help me. I think she went above and beyond what she needed to.

The lady I spoke to when I called was very precise, professional, helpful, and informative. She asked good questions and I felt that she was honest in saying that we didn't need anyone to come out. She was very detailed and had great follow up. I would defiantly call them again if I had a problem.

She takes care of all our pest control problems. She uses organic treatments which are safe for our pets and very effective. She gets here quickly when we need her. She came more frequently at first but now that the problems are under control, she just has to come and maintains it.

Overall things went very well from start to finish.

Very well. She helped me locate areas to plug up. Told us how to do a lot of things ourselves. She set up the bait and she came back to follow to make sure things were improving. The problem has been greatly improved. I wouldn't hesitate to call her again if we have new pest problems.

Karla was an absolute pleasure to deal with - unusually friendly for Boston (!), prompt and reliable. She also guaranteed her work. I have not rated her pricing as after speaking with her, I did not bother to get any other quotes, so I have nothing with which to compare her.
