I have used Carla for years. She is very professional, does a great job.

Bait was placed in residence where ants occasionally had been observed, on porch where their presence (piles of wood particles) had been observed the most, around the outside of house, around selected trees, and on wood structure on driveway. Time will tell about complete eradication (they were not bad in the house), but the daily accumulation of wood particles stopped immediately once the bait had been placed. I assume that the nest(s) will be/have been fully eradicated. The professional who visited house was very thorough and pleasant, explaining about the process. Would use service again next year, if needed.

Karla was prompt, friendly, seemingly knowledgeable, and appeared to give the 165 Yr old house a thorough inspection. She found some evidence of mouse presence in a crawl space ( in addition to our sightings. Set bait stations and traps. Returned in 2+ weeks to follow up. One mouse trapped; some evidence of eaten bait. No further sightings. She offered to come back as part of the job if we detected further evidence of mice.

She has wonderful customer service skills, asked multiple thoughtful questions, and was very thorough. I haven't seen a mouse since she came the first time but she came back to make sure that things were still going well (which they were). We were very happy with how easy it was to communicate with Karla (email, phone, etc.), her prompt replies, and how quickly she was able to come by and figure everything out. The company she referred us to for termite treatment was also very good (separate review).

I will definitely use Aardvark Solutions for any future pest problem! I was so impressed with my interaction with Karla. After receiving my message (sent via Angie's list) about a carpenter ant issue we're having, she called that same day to find out about it. She gave me a number of concrete suggestions about what to do, and she encouraged me to try them before having her come. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous, and willing to share her expertise. I was very impressed and thankful! Should our attempts to get rid of the ants ourselves not work, I will definitely have her out to help with the problem.

Karla was very nice and left us with peace of mind that our new home did not have any pest problems. She also provided helpful tips on what we could do to help ensure we did not develop pest problems in the future and happily answered questions. The inspection was thorough but not overly time consuming. We would certainly use her in the future.

Could not have gone better.

We had to do something about some very aggressive yellowjackets that attacked us on our front porch. I called Aardvark Solutions and Karla promptly called me back and set an appointment for 24 hours later. She came on time, investigated and treated the nest, which was "hidden" under one of our porch chairs! Her price is very reasonable and this is the third time we have used her over the 17 years we have lived here. She is simply THE BEST.

Karla was very thorough and walked us through our basement to show where the rat(s) was likely accessing the house. She walked us through what we needed to do to address the problem and said that while she could do it for us, it would save us a lot of money to do it ourselves. She told us what we would need to buy and how we would need to do the work. Overall, it went really well and I highly recommend her and Aardvark.

My tenant alerted me on Saturday that he had been experiencing a mice issue in our rental unit. I found Karla's listing on line and sent her a message. She called me on Sunday (!) and asked me about the problem and walked me through the solution and her pricing structure. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what she could and could not promise about whether the mice would go away.

It went well. Karla is obviously an expert and was very helpful, even suggesting a way to keep my cats' food elevated and surrounded by water so as not to attract ants inside. She listened carefully to my concerns and was very clear about what was needed. She offered to spray internally but said that it was unnecessary at this time and therefore she did not recommend doing it. I appreciated the fact that she deterred me from doing something beyond what was called for, saving me money and time in the process. I recommend this provider and will definitely contact her again should the need arise.

Great - we contacted her by email and she gave an estimated time (within a couple of days) that she could arrive at our house. It was a wet week, so she did the inside spraying on one day and returned during dry weather to spray around the exterior. There was no bill until she was completely finished with the service.

She was prompt and did the work requested - no problems, just did what was asked. I'd definitely hire her again, though i hope i don't have to ;-)

On inspection while purchasing our home, we discovered evidence of termites. Karla was called in to assess the damage, including any structural damage if any. She was responsive and very nice. Would use again!

Karla was fantastic! She only had to catch one mouse, and the others left on their own. Because of this, she didn't have to return and only charged us half-price.

She is awesome. She is affordable and she won't try to sell anything we don't need.

Karla did a great job. I had found one nest in a crawl space under the kitchen and thought I had found the main entry point into the kitchen, but she watched the ants and realized that they were actually coming from a slightly different place. She placed poison baits in strategic places around the entry point as well as in the crawlspace near the nest, and all of the ants were gone within 2 days. I had gotten another quote, but they wanted to spray the whole house outside and inside, which I thought was overkill, and I'm glad I chose Karla since she was able to address the problem with a much more targeted approach.

They were very competent. She gave good advice in general about preventing insect infestation. I didn't get other estimates for it but she was recommended by my tax preparer. I was very satisfied, I would call her again if I needed to. She was here on the dot of when she said she would come.

She explained everything, and gave good ideas. She does not use chemicals or anything toxic. She was on time, very professional, got the job done, and I was very happy with the service. Her prices were also very reasonable.

At every step of working with us, the owner explained the issues and explained how to keep pest problems from happening in the future. We have enjoyed working with her and plan to use Aardvark Solutions in the future if we ever have problems.
