Chris and his team were very professional and completed the work as they planned and to a level we expected. Chris communicated the schedule and process in detail and answered all questions and inquiries with enthusiasm. While they were here I showed Chris some other items we were considering having done he quoted us a fair price and we are proceeding with additional projects.

Chris attacied a tough major project with a great can do attitude. The finished product made us all stare at the marvelous rennovation. Its like a new home!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Chris and his team. When we were first planning to finish part of our basement, we reached out for estimates, and right from the beginning, I could tell Chris was eager to work with us and excited about our project. He provided a competitive estimate, and communicated with us really well throughout the entire process; we were provided with daily updates, and he'd always let us know what was going on/what the plan was next, and if a certain item was recommended, why it was a good idea. Josh and Jose, who completed majority of the work on our house were great to work with. They worked quickly and did a great job. I would definitely work with Chris again on future projects.

A great experience from start to finish. Chris provided a very competitive estimate, but price isn't everything. What sold me was how Chris looked at the house, and gave me a detailed step by step of the process, and why he was recommending certain primer and paint be used. Josh and team worked quickly and neatly. They did a top notch job on all the details.

ChrIs and his Staff, specifically Josh who was head of the crew were extremely professional, detail oriented, persistent, agreeable, overall and amazing individuals to work with. My exterior paint of my house was all peeling and through intense power wash, scrapping, and detailed priming and top coat application restored my house and I am extremely satisfied! We hired Prosper to do a significant amount of renovation work at a house we recently purchased. Despite encountering a number of obstacles along the way related to the condition of the house, their team demonstrated a persistence that ultimately paid off for us and our house. Each component of the work was done correctly.

Chris is knowledgeable, agreeable and accessible. His team, lead by Josh, were all amazing, especially Josh, who did the lion's share of the work. My house looks brand new, and the price was very reasonable (his was the second lowest of 4). 5/5 Would recommend

Chris and his crew are awesome! They went above and beyond to give me my lovely new entertainment area in a very difficult to work with space. They were punctual and finished the work way ahead of schedule. Chris explained to me everything that was happening at every step of the project. They did exactly what they said they would do. Saved us a lot of money compared to another contractors. They promised 4 days and finished in 4 days.

I had two other companies come out and tell me I needed a total replacement. Chris was the only one that told me it could be repaired and he and his team were great! We were in the process of getting ready to sell the house, so we had them do all the work. If there was a problem, they communicated and solved it every time. We did better on the sale than expected and I give Chris and his team the credit.They are Pros.

Communication between Chris and me was excellent. I had a lot of various kinds of work to be done, and he covered it all. He always told me who was coming, what they would be doing, and how long to expect the work to take.

On so many levels I was very disappointed with Chris's company, I don't know where to start. Chris a very good sales man, he said all the right things. I was expecting a professional job, which I didn't get. I hired Chris to paint 7 rooms, fix pull down attic stairs, re-install garbage disposal, install new hallway ceiling light, clean out gutters and remove brush from back yard. My issues were: 1. Chris stated that the Job would take 2.5 day. Job took 4 days. 2. I requested that He do the kitchen and bathroom first. He didn't. 3. After the first day, Chris stated that all the ceilings were done. After they left I looked at the ceilings and found, that the living room had not been done. The kitchen, Master bedroom and hallway had what called Holiday (paint missed in some area). Biggest problem was the rooms in the house were dark and the crew needed better lights. I had to request that they bring extra lights for the job. 4. I found that I had to micro manage the job. It caused me a lot of stress. I hired Chris to do a job and expected that he made sure his men did a professional job. For example, cover all furniture with drop cloths, make sure they had adequate lighting and remove switch plates from wall before painting. 5. Electrician; While installing the hallway light, sparks were flying and other lights were flickering on and off. The garbage disposal never got reinstalled, electrician didn't know how to install it. After 3 days (Saturday), Chris said he had completed the job. I checked the job and the following still needed to be done: Kitchen: Over the island the ceiling needs paint. It the area that you had spackled on Saturday. Bathroom: The trim around the window was not painted. Hall way: The ceiling around the attic stair needs to be painted. Itâ s the area we spoke about on Saturday. Stairs to basement: Ceiling needs to be painted and touch up work on the wall. Livingroom: Some areas on the ceiling needs touch up. I think you call it holiday. Fix the pulled down Attic stairs. Master bedroom: Trim around closet needs painting. Some areas on Wall needs touch up (holiday green paint showing through). Also, patched areas needs sanding and paint.

Outstanding work by a wonderful team. Chris was tenacious about getting things perfect after realizing that one aspect of my project was more problematic than expected. I just couldn't be happier with the whole process and outcome. Our family will definitely be calling these guys with future work :-)

Chris and his team did a 5-star job painting the interior of our home. Chris responded to my request on this site within an hour (the only contractor who responded at all). He came by to check out the work within 2 days and provided an estimate, Despite his team being very busy - he started our job the next day and kept his team here 5 days until it was done. The quality control by he and one of his advanced painters (Amber) was excellent! He gave us updates each day, always checked out the job himself to make sure everything was done right, and went above and beyond daily. The price was more than fair. We intend to hire Chris and his team for all our home projects.
