We hired Prosper to replace our cellar bulkhead, a cellar window, a bathroom vanity, and repair/re-shingle our shed. The work was done on a timely basis and they were always courteous and professional. Chris always checked in while the work was being done and always asked if I was satisfied. Prosper will be my first call for future projects. I was completely satisfied with the end results. Chris was always great to deal with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris' team to remodel our bathrooms. We needed two full bathrooms remodeled, and the team delivered exceptional results within just three weeks. Chris was always quick to respond to messages and kept us well-informed throughout the process. Chris made sure we knew what items were needed from us in advance, coordinated all aspects of the project seamlessly, and provided a detailed quote from the start. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate changes made the entire process stress-free. Noelâ s craftsmanship was truly remarkable. He tackled a challenging tile pattern with precision and care, turning our vision into a reality. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the work, from tiling to patching and painting our ceiling, which had been stained from a previous leak. The ceiling now looks flawless, as if new. Noel approached his work with an evident passion, treating each task with the finesse of an artist. Adam's thoroughness and efficiency was also invaluable. Issues like hidden black mold, rotten frames, and previous termite damage inside dry wall were uncovered and addressed efficiently and effectively along with the planned project without delaying the project too much. He assessed the feasibility of our ideas quickly, which greatly helped in coordinating the overall project and ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Adam did a amazing job putting in a walk in shower with tile. Also new tile floors. Glass shower door and vanity!. Professional and Conscientious with his work!

Over the past year, I searched for a contractor to remodel my bathroom. They would visit, promise a quote, and then disappear. I found Chris Cyr from Prosper Construction on Home Advisor. He came to assess the project and provided a detailed quote the next day. I researched his company and found no complaints. Chris, Noel, and another employee arrived on time to start the demolition. Noel did an exceptional job rebuilding and retiling our shower and floor, refurbishing our vanity, and installing new molding. He also repainted the entire bathroom. Noel was knowledgeable, respectful, and had a positive attitude. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Chris and Noel, and I highly recommend Prosper Construction.

I am very happy with the final result of the Project, and my comment I am focused on the final product, it was a Project designed in my imagination and with the help of Prosper construction this dream is finally a reality, functionally it fulfills my expectations which makes me happy, I give five stars to Prosper construction since as a company it manages to materialize projects like this, with the active participation of the owner. Chris and his team did a wonderful job with our basement remodel at a very competitive price. Chris was great at communication and quick to respond to my texts/queries. He was also really kind and enjoyable to work with, which on a project of this size, it's wonderful to have somebody that you trust and feels like a partner. The final product is a beautiful finished basement. Even with the extra costs of a plumbing issue (which had everything to do with antique pipes and nothing to do with Prosper's work), we still managed to stay relatively close to our original wish list budget. And the detail orientation and level of their work is superb and we love how beautiful this space is now. We had an excellent experience with Prosper Management and our basement remodel. The team had a lot of work and was able to start right away. Basement is now functional and looks fantastic.

Chris and his crew did a great job finishing our entire basement. With every change we asked for he and his team were able to adjust and deliver what we wanted. They were always available to listen to concerns and not only provide answers but execute where needed. Chris had a number of people on the job but we would like to thank Eric, Ian, Mike and especially George for their diligence and attention to detail. Definitely a space we will enjoy for years to come!

Chris and Gary and the rest of the crew are true professionals. They were reasonably priced, on time and on budget. They are good communicators, adapt to any situation that develops and leave the work site neat and clean at the end of the day I will use them again for future projects.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job with updating the bathroom of our 90 year old home. Chris responded to my initial outreach promptly, came out to meet me the and go over my vision of the project almost immediately, quoted a fair price, and had his team in working within 2 days. I couldn't have a everything in the world but for my budget I got exactly what I wanted and more. There was no sacrifice in quality though Chris' cost was less significantly less than others in the area. Communication throughout the project was great, and though there were some unexpected issues that came up (it's what happens when you open up the walls of an older home), we were able to work through them and stay on budget and on track to complete the project by the deadline. We are really happy with the work done and we look forward to going thru Chris and his team for future projects. Thanks guys.

Wowza. What a crew! Chris, Josh, Gary, and Bill worked collaboratively with me to make a dream basement happen. Not only are they talented and skilled, but super responsive to changes and helpful in thinking through the whole project. I felt able to trust them right away! It was a wonderful experience and I plan to hire them for other projects!!

We have 2 properties. During the first big storm in November, Chris forgot to plow the driveway and clear the walks and stairs at our rental property, even though I had met him earlier that day to go over the job. I texted him later that night and he said he forgot and would be over in the morning. It was a frozen mess by then. He did work hard to clean it up, but, our tenants were left navigating a very precarious driveway until then. Luckily, we did not get fined by the City of Worcester for that. The next snowstorm I contacted him to make sure he would show up which he did at 10 pm that night more than 12 hours after the storm started. Our tenants were stranded and had to hand shovel that big driveway. He had texted me he would be over our residential home at 4 am, so we could leave for work by 6:30. When he did not show up by 5:15, my husband went out and cleared it himself. He showed up two and a quarter hours late at 6:15 when he was almost done and asked why we cleared it ourselves. When he gets around to it he does a good job, that is why he gets 2 stars but he does not complete the work in a timely fashion. He was also rude to me when I contacted him about it. I also watched my neighbors tenant (another customer) hand shovel her driveway out because they could not wait all day. Chris does a good job in his own time, as long as you can wait for him!
