Very professional company - courteous staff - proformed good quality work - left job neat and clean - finished on schedule.

They did a quality job and they really wanted to do it right. They took their time and listened to me. Three people were on the crew and it took about a week. They left the area clean and were prompt.

The project was completed to my satisfaction about 6 weeks after starting. The team work tirelessly to ensure the painting was done well. The Motti team bends over backwards to ensure that their customers are happy with the job. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a fussy and experienced homeowner and made it clear in my discussions with Motti painting Solutions that I wanted top materials, careful prep, no shortcuts and a clean worksite. So I was skeptical when the estimate for the project was so substantially lower than others I had received. However, the work was first-rate, the materials were top quality, the staging and daily clean-up of the area was as promised, and the ccommunication between Mr. Motti and myself and between Mr. Motti and his crews was excellent. Mr. Motti always calls you to make sure the work is proceeding to your satisfaction. The crews were prompt, diligent, polite and quiet. The completed exterior work and painting literally turned heads, and we received numerous comments about the color and look of our home. The interior work went so seamlessly and quickly, was so affordable and the results so pleasing that I kicked myself for waiting so long to do it. The only qualm I had with two weeks of work was that one of the crew spilled some paint thinner on the back of the lawn, leaving a brown area. Other than that- not a hitch. For interior / exterior painting and carpentry I cannot imagine anyone topping the combination of quality and modest price. And may I add- such nice folks.

We would HIGHLY recommend Motti Painting Solutions. We have a large 1904 Victorian house. Old paint had lead so needed EPA certified. We got four different quotes and theirs was among the two lowest. The quote was very professional and included suggested wood repairs. The painters worked long days in warm weather. They were all genuinely nice, friendly and quiet guys. You never look forward to having a bunch of strangers at your house day after day but they were so pleasant that it was not an intrusion.They did a great job cleaning up too. We asked for a few extra things to be done along the way and they were very accommodating.

Provider was courteous, patient, and diligent. Property was tidied up and debris was removed after each afternoon's work. Despite a busy spring/summer schedule, provider sampled several different paint applications before client selected one. Provider was patient and courteous and did not pressure the client to make a hastier decision. When we did reach a decision, we were very happy with it, and have received many, many compliments on the work. Very nice to work with. Have already referred provider to three others.

Excellent, they do the most fabulous work and it always turns out better when I listen to their suggestions.

This company is EXCELLENT. Their proposal was very detailed, clear and professional. They communicated very well. (Felipe Motti) They were fair in price for what they did. We had 3 bids and theirs was one of the two least expensive. Their prep work was very thorough and detailed. This is most important part of any painting project. They fixed a number of missing or broken boards and a warped barn door. They put on two coats of primer and two finish coats. Detail paining on complicated surfaces was excellent.

We are interested in having the exterior of our house painted. Mr Motti performed a thorough inspection; then prepared a carefully detailed proposal which showed the work to be done, step by step. The proposal was prepared within the week. The contractor seemed to have a good understanding of the repair work which would be required during the preparation for painting. In the end, we'd received three excellent bids for nearly the same amount. We chose to go with one of the others, but feel we would have also been happy customers with Motti.

We were extremely happy and impressed with the work. We would not hesitate to use their company in the future. They came in the winter to give us an estimate. They sent a very complete proposal that covered: - References, insurance info and related certificates - All aspects of the painting process - Details and pictures of areas needing to be repaired and related costs - Clear payment terms - A warning that during the prep work additional areas might be found in need of repair (they could not get access to some of the higher parts of the house because of the snow) and that any additional work would be brought to our attention and priced for our approval. Any questions we emailed were answered very quickly They started on the tentative start date they had given us when we accepted the proposal. The crew members were very nice and helpful. They were careful of our plants and bushes, and they cleaned up after every work day. We were especially impressed with the scraping and prep work. They found a few additional areas needing repair, but they sent us a detailed estimate for our approval and it was reasonably priced. We asked them to do extra carpentry and window repairs because we were so impressed with their work. Our house looks wonderful, they were pleasant and upfront to deal with, and any questions or issues we had during the project were addressed right away. They did a quality job.

It went very well, quality work, very professional. Job was started late last Fall, needed to be finished this Spring. We had what we agreed was a communication problem to get the job finished, but it was resolved and job was completed satisfactorily. Motti Painting Solutions comes with a 5 year warranty, if we need to use it, we will give a follow-up.

I can't say enough good things about Motti Painting Solutions. Last summer I had interviewed 8 different painting companies. Motti Painting Solutions gave me the most thorough estimate, detailing all of the aspects that would be included in the quote (a multi-page document) so that there would be no miscommunicationbetween what work would be done. While their quote was not the lowest, I definitely feel that in the end they were worth what we paid, especially for the quality of the work they did. I communicated with both Daniel and Felipe, who were both very responsive, professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. Their team worked very hard, showing up early in the morning and finishing each day with a thorough cleanup. They have essentially worked nonstop for the past few weeks to get the job done in a timely manner. Everything went very smoothly, even when we requested that additional work be done during the job (they also had their own carpenters so there was no miscommunication of what extra work was to be done). We were very picky with details, and their team did not hesitate to comply with our requests until we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to our friends. One last thing I'll say is that I saw some "C" ratings of this company in some reviews, but those were ones in which a job hadn't actually been performed yet. I personally feel that that doesn't accurately reflect this company, and I wouldn't let that stop you from hiring these guys. J.Lee

I called them in mid-April 2014. Wanted exterior of house painted and woodpecker damage repaired. They returned my call 24 hrs after I left a message. Estimate was booked 3 wks later and I was told that they were booked until July-August. Felipe arrived early for the estimate (a good thing). He said it would be emailed to me within 48 hrs. He seemed very nice. I have not received the estimate. It's been 4 days. I won't use them because I need the damage fixed sooner and can't wait any longer. I have received estimates from other Angie's List A rates companies that are more responsive.

No call No show. This Angie's List account is under my wife's name. My name is Arnold Ross. I first called you March 25 to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. My call was returned on either March 31 or April 1 but I was away on vacation. I returned that call on April 3rd and made the appointment for the 17th. UPDATE: Mr Motti called promptly after the above update to say that they did indeed no call/no show my appointment and apologized. While I did not ask them back for an estimate, I do appreciate his willingness to call and apologize (which, after some of the difficulties I've had with other contractors, says a lot.)

They were outstanding and great to work with. They were honest. I liked the description of work better than others. They worked very hard. They did the work within the time frame and came back out to do some work that needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

The supervisor was accessible for consultation and responded immediately to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this painting company.

They were very good. The one thing that stood out in my mind is one of the paint colors they put on turned out to not match exactly and they actually went back to the store and got another can of paint and stayed a little longer to make sure that it was all set. I thought that was really good.

We had a number of emails and phone calls to work out the details. The estimate was the middle of 3, and the recommendation of a friend helped me make my decision. All of the steps were pleasant. The crew arrived when promised and they worked as unobtrusively as possible. The final result is beautiful, reflecting true craftsmanship and pride in producing a good result.

They were great. They painted the whole outside of my house. They were terrific. Absolutely fabulous job.

Daniel was very responsive to our discussion about the work to be done as well as scheduling and some concerns we had about the kitchen ceiling. His crew of two men were extremely polite and professional in their work as well as their work ethic. They worked diligently all day until the job was completely done. His supervisor got the crew started and then left for another project. Nonetheless the two remaining men continued to work hard all day long. We plan to call on Daniel Motti and his men again in the future for more projects. Excellent job!

We had a great overall experience with Motti Painting Company. Daniel Motti response to our request for a quote promptly, and he came out to give an estimate that same week. He was informative and outlined their approach fully. The quote he gave us was not the lowest, but we felt that his company would give us the best to work with. The fact that he had a carpenter on staff was a key reason we selected them. We also liked that the quote included 3 paint samples on the house prior to painting. This allowed us to see how the colors would actually look on the house and resulted in us changing the main house paint color. Throughout the process, Daniel made sure we were aware of all costs ahead of time, including additional costs due to carpentry work that was later determined to be needed. His crew did all the repairs we requested, including a couple of things we wanted redone. The repairs included replacing shingles, dry rotted window trims, and gutters. They also power washed, sanded, and sealed our back deck. They took care in doing the proper prep work prior to painting - power washing and sanding, etc. The crew was very polite and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our home and privacy. We had house guests while they were working, and even our house guests commented on the great job they were doing. During the power washing, 3 of our window screens were damaged. Motti had the 3 screens repaired without additional costs to us. There was a bit of a delay in getting the repaired screen back, but they were returned fully repaired. I highly recommend Motti Painting Company and would use them again for our interior painting.
