Description of Work: Our Victorian home in Malden was painted by Motti Painting Solutions last month. This company is absolutely amazing in every way. The prep work was the best I have ever seen. The paint was scraped down to the bare shingles and clapboard and the four colors of paint applied to the house is stunning. The owner of this company Daniel Motti and his entire crew were fabulous by all standards . They arrived to work at 7am and continued until 7pm. and they worked on Saturday's and Sunday's as well. A solid five star rating and a recommendation to everyone seeking the best painting company around.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning I saw a deal listed for gutter cleaning at end of season and called. Though he did not call me back right away, he did apologize for the delay and scheduled the work quickly, earlier than initially indicated. I blinked and they were here and gone with a job well done at a fair price. I was amazed. I had just told my husband they never came when they said and he pointed to the roof at which time it was clear they had previously come, completed the job and left. Would use them again for sure.

Description of Work: The trim on our relatively new home was peeling down to the wood in many places, the rest of the house was fine. Because it was a relatively small job, many other painting companies were not interested in the job, and their high estimates reflected their lack of interest. Not only was Motti Painting willing to do the job, but the price was very fair, customer service was outstanding and the quality of the work was excellent. Needless to say we will be calling Motti when the rest of the house needs work!

Description of Work: Painted entire exterior of house including deck and front door/shutters. Re-shingled one side of house, replaced gutters, replaced rotted wood on deck, and railings. I had no idea a paint job would make our house look so much better and it looks AMAZING. They did a fantastic job. They are not the cheapest painters around, but truly I feel like we got our moneys' worth with them. Workers were professional, on time, and even showed up on weekends. Emails were responded to promptly and all my questions were answered. Would absolutely hire again.

Description of Work: Rimed and touched up walls in one room. Skim coated two rooms. Redid one ceiling. Painted three rooms. Start date had to be postponed couple of times but it was Xmas and so real crunch time for them. Overall very happy.

Description of Work: Service and Customer Service was Fantastic!! I had asked Felip to add a couple of extras he did so and his staff performed those additional requests with no issues. The experience as a whole was very pleasurable. I will be hiring them again in a few weeks to paint the kitchen when after it has been remodeled. Description of Work: We contracted with Motti painters to do our exterior trim in Dorchester. Right from the beginning when we contacted Daniel for an estimate, he was prompt in responding and coming to see the scope of the work. His estimate was very reasonable compared with the 4 other estimates I received and I chose his services based on that and the professionalism shown when we met. The work was done as scheduled, pretty much on time knowing that Hurricane Sandy delayed him a few days. His crew was great, they are efficient, clean and friendly. I appreciated the fast responses when communicating via email. The quality of his work is great and the finished product looks very good. The value of the overall service I received for the price I paid was very good. I would strongly recommend This contractor to anyone.

Description of Work: Motti, gave me a good, detailed quote which included more details than most of the other quotes I received, so I selected them. They delayed me several times from my initial start date, as they had a lot of jobs and then we got socked by a lot of rainy days, this was a little irritating, but they did get the job done before winter. I was little worried that it was so late in the season. They do a really good and thorough job and anything I asked them to touch up or fix after they finished was responsive. Overall it was a a very good experience and my house looks great. I would definitely recommend them. They won't be the lowest quote, nor will they be the highest...but they will do good work.

Description of Work: They painted all of the trim on my 3000 square foot home. This was painting on new synthetic wood which had an intricate pattern.
