Description of Work: We had sliding doors to the deck installed. Even though the initial measurements were off by a couple of inches because the original door was an odd size the contractor/installer rectified the problem with very good results. We did check out Renewal by Anderson. The sales representative was arrogant, boastful and very pushy. The Pella representative was very professional and helpful.

Description of Work: Installation of 4 encompass double hung windows in basement |They worked around my schedule. The installation crew was a sub contractor from pella but everything was on time and the windows look and work great.

Description of Work: Replaced 10 drafty, hard to open upstairs windows in our 95 year old Cape cottage. My wife, who loves old original everything, was impressed by the new Pella windows. (Exterior-aluminum-clad natural wood with inserts give the look of individual panes.) I then had 2 more installed. |We love 'em. | |
