We wanted a back up generator that would serve us for years to come. We interviewed a number of potential installers but wanted to be sure that our electrical system was installed with integrity, safety and design. As a contractor myself I am very particular about people I hire so, that it why we chose Paul Foley and Premier Generator for our generator installation. They stand behind their product and service what they sell as well as warranty the equipment for double the manufacturer's timeframe. We have already needed our new system three times and it has been working as promised. It's electrical, hire an electrician!

I hired them to separate out the electricity on a 2 unit house. As it turned out, they did not separate the units and the owner refused to remedy the situation.

This company is the real deal. Courteous, professional and excellent workmanship. Brandon was excellent to deal with setting up the job and coordinating everything. And they will provide great service down the road too. You can’t go wrong with them

My installation is almost a month old and still incomplete. The gas hookup took 2 weeks and I am still waiting for another inspection. Foley's crew were perfect and very professional but they fail miserably getting the gas fitter's and inspectional services to the job site in reasonable time.

The installation of the generator was ‘cleaner’, trenching and submersing piping and ductwork underground, where possible. They tried to work within my challenging schedule.

The first Nor'easter of 2018 is brewing outside with potential for power outages because of 60 to 70 mile an hour winds. Yet, I'm not worried because I have this beautiful, powerful Kohler 20RESD generator sitting outside. Paul and his very professional crew installed the generator in June of last year, and it has already saved my cellar from flooding four times. First time was while I was on a trip to Europe for two weeks last summer. I have a sump pump that is running every 30 minutes, even on the driest days of August. What this generator is giving me is a huge piece of mind. Before installing the generator, we always worried if we went away, even just for a weekend. Now I almost look forward to coming home and checking if the generator kicked in while we were away. Paul and his crew - Kenney, Bill, and Adam - were very professional, and other than having this 'beautiful' generator sitting outside, there are no signs of them even being here. They were impeccable in cleaning up the work area, both outside and in the cellar. Paul was very patient with us, even with several design/location changes. He handled everything from constructing the generator pad, to final inspection, and first startup of the generator. Paul Foley Electric is truly a 'turnkey' operation, as Paul also handled the installation, and inspection of an in-ground propane tank. All of the other contractors that I had contacted did not offer this, leaving me to find someone to install the tank. I highly recommend Paul Foley Electric Co., Inc.

Paul Foley Electric is an efficiently organized company dedicated to customer service. Our initial request for an estimate resulted in a timely response from Mr. Foley who provided a very thorough explanation of equipment and installation procedures. Additionally, Mr. Foley provided us with a four page document that completely outlined all of his company's responsibilities and listed possible unexpected situations such as inspectors finding issues not related to generator installation. We really appreciated the information he provided. Mr. Foley's crew arrived when promised and were exacting and meticulous. Brian did all of the trenching a returned the lawn and walkway to original condition. The quality of electrical connection work provided by Bill, Adam and the plumber resulted in most positive comments on work quality by the gas and electrical inspectors. Adam did a very thorough job testing the system. Bill, Adam and Brian were most considerate responding positively to all of my questions while they worked. I really appreciated their patience. Jean, the company's office manager assured that all scheduled work appointments were communicated via telephone and email. She is personable, friendly and committed to customer service. Mr. Foley conducted a thorough analysis of our electrical power requirements and usage and recommended the perfect solution to our needs. He is a proponent of highly rated Kohler products. Lastly, Mr. Foley is and honest and ethical business man. He stands by his products and services, but most important of all, he stands by his word. Paul Foley Electric's estimate was a little more expensive than others, but after careful consideration, we are convinced that we obtained the best deal.
