Description of Work: After waiting over 2hrs received a call and told us they would be late, and second later they would not come at all they were to far. Poor service, they new where we were should have never set up an appointment.

Description of Work: How about what he did not do. I found his name through your list. He reply back and sent me a quote. His quote lower than everyone else and I read your reviews so I awarded him the job. He said thank you. He arrived at my house to get better understanding of the job. He said he will call me back. After not hearing from that day I would call twice a day to see when he was coming. After the third day he call me back (after I sent an him another email) and said he was not be able to do it. With no explanation. That was disappointing and stressful.

Description of Work: There is nothing more important than integrity in our business dealings. Of course circumstances change and agreements are entered into freely, but when you don't do what you say you are going to do, it is a huge problem. When you don't answer phone calls and leave people in a lurch, it's a huge problem. In a security industry where trust is so important, it is EVEN more important. I have had all of these experiences with this vendor, and I would not recommend them for your security needs based on them.
