Description of Work: Dan came out for the second time in a week to make sure our old boiler was properly working. Tested the system and took the time to give us (first time homeowners) a crash course in oil heating. Aside from customer service, I've not really worked with many other Lamparelli employees but because of Dan, we're big fans.

Description of Work: Service professional offered overall best cost from 3 yrs perspective with clear guidance to avoid locking in prices in the month of June when the prices had started to recover. Coming into Aug - it seems like a smart guidance for overall oil prices. Made a 3 yr contract with annual servicing of burner for free.

Description of Work: Annual tuneup. We have used Lamparelli Oil since 1987. They've always been quick to come in emergencies and installed a new furnace and oil tank in 2000. No complaints. They charge a bit more than discounters (midrange) but that's the price you pay for auto delivery and same day service.

 + 0 moreWe've dealt with this company for several years. They have always been excellent. They were on time on the day we scheduled. As promised the job took one day so the hot water was back on before they left in the afternoon. The initial installation had some problems that I mentioned to the management. To fix the situation, they sent the top craftsman to our house. He took over half a day to address every issue I had raised. We are now completely satisfied with the work. No extra charge or any argument about my complaints. Excellent experience.
