They came when they said they would. Gabe, the owner, explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I was concerned that they not dig up the yard to install the system, and there was very minimal disruption to the landscaping. I was very pleased with the work, and I am happy to have the system in place.

For our sprinkler system, they were excellent at helping us figure out how to use the system. We purchased a rain indicator for the system, which we were assured would be "very inexpensive" and were surprised when we got the bill for $150 for a silly piece of plastic -- wish I had known that before he installed it! They do a very good job with snowplowing, however they've ripped pieces of our side yard to shreds from the plow (we did initially ask them not to plow that area to avoid lawn damage, but they never listened). Not sure if we will renew for next year.

I cannot recommend Gabe and Berardi Irrigation enough. I have used many contractors from Angie's list, and these guys are the best. From price, to service to quality of the system, its all top notch. Gabe, thank you so much. We now have actual grass growing in our lawn!!

A person answered when I called. She was polite and professional. She told me when someone would come to my house. That person came when she said he would. He was polite and professional. Couldn't have been better. Oh and it was 35 dollars cheaper than another place I had called.

Very professional, showed up on time, and fixed several issues with the sprinkler system. Would definitely hire again.

Gabe was great to work with. He followed up with me promptly to schedule a visit to our property. We walked the area where we needed to install the new system. He checked where we would be tying into our old system and gave us an affordable plan for our irrigation. He provided a written contract that outlined all the materials needed, a price and his warranty on the system.He answered all of our questions promptly. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work as promised. His crew was quick and professional.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the system and it has already made a big difference in the appearance of our yard. The owner seemed to know what needed to be done, but when he sent the people to do it the job the cost came in 20% more than the estimate. Additionally, not all items were taken care of as discussed with the owner.

We purchased a home that had an older irrigation system that hadn't been maintained. I signed up for Angie's List to find an irrigation company to do the work. From the first call to work completion, Berardi was very professional and accommodating. It turned out to be a lot more work than they anticipated, but the rep stayed two additional hours to make sure the job was complete and I was satisfied. I am extremely please with Berardi and would highly recommend them.

They are affordable, the system has held up, and they are very good at touching base to see when you want the servicing done.

The only reason we don't still use them is that our system is no longer functioning.

They show up every year to turn on or turn off the irrigation system. We have been with them since 2008.

They did a good job. However, I had a billing issue because there was a problem with an area of the lawn that wasn't sprinkled originally. The technician stated that it should have been. They came back out and after that tried charge me for the work. I complained and left a voice mail that I wasn't going to pay for something that was supposed to be done originally. I haven't heard anything, so the issue, in my mind is resolved.

It went fine. They arrived and took care of their business. However, I would have liked that they would have knocked on the door to inquire if I had any questions or concerns either before or after completion, especially since this was first time ever used them.

They are easy to deal with. They come when they say they are going to come, and they let you know if there is a change in their schedule. They are very responsive and easy to work with. I called them to come and open up the system as I am getting some landscaping work done and I wanted the water available. They were available as soon as possible. I think they are reasonable compared to other companies.

Did not always call back promptly, and took a while to get on the schedule. Very nice and professional otherwise. Work was excellent and neat and price was fair.

Was referred to Berardi Irrigation by lawn service. Appointment was made 10 days in advance. Two hours prior to the appointment time (for which I needed to block my work calendar), a woman called to say they couldn't come by because it was raining and would take too long. She suggested I find another company to help me. She was not empathetic, as if it was my fault they had made the appointment with me in the first place.

My initial call was returned promptly. They gave me an estimate over the phone. scheduled me for within a week of the call. Showed up at the agreed upon time. The service person was efficient and professional. Explained what he was doing and answered my questions. He needed access to the sprinkler controls in the house and did the remainder outside. The whole job took about 20 minutes to complete.
