Very impressed with the crew that installed the irrigation system. It was obvious they’re a well trained team, demonstrated their knowledge by going about the work very methodically, kept me informed every step of the way, and took the time to show me how to use the controller app. I would highly recommend Berardi Irrigation to anyone.

Waited for one month fir a tech to come out. Tech showed up at the wrong time. Replaced back flow valve incorrectly causing water to leak/spray out when sprinklers turned on. Caller Berardi they initially said they can come back in one month to fix the problem they created. After I explained that my grass will dry out after a month of no water they said the owner would come the next day between 8 and 12 to fix the problem. Next day they call me back and tell me the owner will not be coming because he does not have tools on his truck. The best they can do is have a tech come in two weeks. Don’t do business with Berardi irrigation. They have incompetent techs and are not interested in resolving the problems their tech create in a timely manner. They will make promises they will not keep leaving you to deal with their incompetence on your own.

Phenomenal. Great customer service and highly skilled technicians. This is an impossible job to do without tearing up a yard and they carefully did this and took their time and put my yard back together. They are also extremely reasonable in pricing.

Gabe and his crew did an excellent job with our new irrigation system. They took the time to visit our home to provide a comprehensive quote, explain certain options for different budgets and upgrades, and provided the written quote same day. Pricing was competitive and they were transparent about their schedule - they showed up when they said they would! The work itself was great. The completed the job done in a little less than 4 hours for 7 sprinkler zones and 36 heads. The technician took the time to give me a thorough tutorial on how to operate the controller, watering schedules, and provided a few first timer tips for making sure we dont over/under water our new lawn. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and we look forward to working with them in the future for landscape lighting on our property. We highly recommend Berardi Irrigation for your project!

One word: Exceptional! I contacted Berardi Irrigation during the winter months of 2018 in anticipation of having an irrigation system installed in my yard after some lawn renovation work at the end of April 2018. The office crew were very friendly and responsive and Gabe (the owner) came out to my home to give me an estimate. After reviewing the estimate, the price was fair and reviews of their prior work were positive so I decided to book the install date. I had set up an install date after consulting with my landscaper. A few days ahead of the date, rain was in the forecast and the landscaper said he may not be able to do the work on that day. I was discouraged and wanted to let Berardi know and re-scheduled a couple days after the original date. The weather cleared the night before and my landscaper said he would now be coming on the original scheduled date. I wanted to have the irrigation system installed the same day as the landscaper finished to I could throw down seed and get started. Gabe and the office folks came to the rescue! They were able to squeeze me back in on my original date even after giving up my spot to another customer as I had called to re-schedule a few days earlier. The work was done quickly, the crew was fantastic, and they were able to help me out in a pinch. I subsequently used their Fall Service as well. I will continue to do business with Berardi Irrigation and highly recommend them to anyone in the area. A very pleased customer, Ryan E

Berardi was amazing, helpful, on time and came back a couple of times without complaints to adjust the sprinklers. Would highly recommend this company - workers all friendly, worked efficiently and answered my questions effectively. The installation went smooth. Once the install was finished it was determined one plant was not getting the proper water, so they immediately added a mico system to address the problem I thought the crew was most professional. I am planning to expand my system in the near future, and I will plan on having them back. While the install has only been a few days ago, the system seems to be working fine, and I am happy with my decision to add the system, and to hide Beradi Irrigation.

Always fine. They fix sprinkler heads, open & close our sprinkler system, program it every time they open it. Employees always friendly and efficient. Prices fair too good. Openings= $80 (not including any repairs) Closings=$80 (I can't remember exactly.) They also installed an irrigation system in our rocky back yard. Previously, we only had one for the front & sides.

Berardi has always been a pleasure to work with from the front office personnel who answer the phone so pleasantly to the guys who have opened and closed our system. I have never actually met the personnel who have come to the house since I was always working, but the work was always done properly.

Perfectly. I called in late November, and they were able to come within the week. They came when they said they would, and did the job as they said they would. They didn't even need access to the house/I didn't need to be home because I shut off the water already.

The work was performed by a friendly, informative and efficient employee — the owner’s son! He showed up on the early side of the promised timeframe and performed the work in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. While I have not as yet received the bill for the service, my experience leads me believe that Berardi Irrigation will be servicing my lawn sprinkler system in the future.

In addition to an irrigation system installation, I was also having other landscaping work done. Berardi coordinated their installation with the other work being done. They arrived on the agreed date and installed the system in one day. While doing the interior plumbing for the system, they also replaced my main water shutoff because it wasn't working. When the weather became colder, I called to have them winterize the system. Berardi again arrived on time. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Excellent! Extremely pleasant to deal with from scheduling initial site proposal, to meeting my timetable with my landscaper, to arrival on time for installation. Crew were both very professional and friendly. Explained everything they were doing. Great instruction on programming the system.

Hands down the team a Berardi irrigation exceeded all my expectations !! I called a few company's with no return calls ... Gabe the owner of the company was personally out here the day I called and walked me through the whole system at that point I knew he was my guy with out a doubt !! Given a tight time fram to grow grass this year he pushed me to the front of the list and had the system installed and running to the day a week later with out him I would have missed my small window to get my lawn started ... I couldn't be more grateful.
