Berardi and the team are knowledgable and professional. They do a good job at a fair price.

You can get the spring/fall cleanup for a couple of bucks cheaper (I believe), but we continue to use them because they are very responsive, on time, and friendly. They also installed are sprinkler system. Their price was very competitive and they did a good job with the installation and design. I'm a happy customer 😀

Very well. They came back to do some minor adjustments and were generally very cooperative. They continue to service startup and shutdown.

Still have one or two leaking heads. Some were replaced, controls checked and electrical junctions tested.

Called in Mid October for sprinkler winterization and scheduled the work on Nov 8th which was kind of late in season. Then nobody showed up on Nov 8th and no phone call or email to notify me. I called on Nov 11th and provider gave me all kinds of excuse. Finally the work was done on Nov 12th. The work has always been done properly, but I feel they always have issues with schedules.

they initially came out and set the timing for too much water. We asked them to come back to fix the mistake that they made. They charged us for this and refused to credit us.

Still waiting for an appointment to get a quote after the original quote was never provided during spring maintenance.

Berardi was going to give me a quote during our spring turn on services. The technician that was going to leave the quote in our mail box did not and then was involved in an accident. After a number of emails and speaking to the owner someone was going to come back and get me the quote. To this day no such luck.

The process could not have gone better. Gabe provided a well priced quote, was punctual, professional and the installation was performed quickly and neatly. I highly recommend using Berardi Irrigation.

These guys are great - especially with calling to remind us when the closing needs to be done. Have also done some repairs in the past.

After giving us a verbal quote for the work which seemed reasonable given the amount of work involved, we scheduled it and they came back three weeks later and did the work. They gave us a time range and were actually early for the appointment, did a good job doing the work, and did minimal damage to the lawn. The guys that did the work were very knowledgeable and were very easy to work with. I would use them again.

Complete and utter failure. I never received the written estimate. Nevertheless, based on years of experience, took Gabe at his word. I kept them informed by telephone re: scheduling as our project progressed. So I was SHOCKED when I called and gave him a week's notice that we were ready to irrigate the new lawn and he casually told me that he couldn't get here for 3 weeks. Everything was waiting on him, the seed could not be spread, hot summer days were upon us, and the front yard landscaping was turning brown for lack of water. When I expressed how upset I was, he said he would try to at least schedule someone to come out and get the front yard going, and then come back 2 or 3 weeks later to add on the backyard irrigation. He promised to figure that out and get right back to me. He never called me back and I have not heard from him since. Ironically, the next day a Berardi truck was in a neighbor's driveway. They were literally 4 houses away. Bottom line, after 10 years as a customer, we were angry to be treated this way & were left in a bad place, scrambling on very short notice, mid-project, to find an irrigation professional to fit the job into their busy season. He screwed up our landscaper's work schedule as well. This experience was completely unacceptable and we will never recommend or consider using him again. We were fortunate to have found another irrigation contractor who came in with very little notice, saved our front lawn, and irrigated the new backyard where grass is now growing & our project is complete. Update: On Monday 6/22, after my review was posted, I received a phone call from Gabe Berardi. He was apologetic that things had turned out so badly. Nothing could be done at this point, but I appreciated the call.

I have to give Berardi Irrigation credit. After a few communication issues, we had a very productive conversation regarding our service. There were questions about the work, but the owner got back to me, explained his perspective, and made it better by refunding my money. I'm happy to report that my initial repression was incorrect, and I'd go so far as to say that I'd use them again. A resounding "A" for making an formally unhappy customer feel much better about our interactions.

They don't give us a specific time - just a time window, which I don't like. They are also expensive, but they're always there when we call with a question.

Berardi Irrigation performed a very professional installation of a complete irrigation system. More important to me was these aspects of working with Gabe and his team: 1) Gabe provided me some very valuable information to get started with my sprinkler system. He educated me on what is needed, what to expect, and what I needed to do vs, what he would do. 2) Gabe provided me references for a well drilling company he worked with that I contacted and eventually contracted to drill the well. This reference was extremely valuable information to get me working with the right vendor. 3) The Berardi Irrigation staff was very courteous and helpful as they installed my sprinkler system. They took the time to answer all my questions. They installed the sprinkler system and left the lawn in excellent shape. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Especially for someone who needed guidance on how to proceed on this front.

The service was great from calling/scheduling the estimate to the completion of the work. Gabe was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. The team was very careful during the installation process and barely disturbed the lawn. I would defintiely recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

The entire process went well. Gabe Berardi came out in early December and provided me a quote then. I called Berardi Irrigation back in early May 2014 and informed them that I was ready to accept their quote. I was also working with a landscaper to do some yard work so there was some coordinating involved but it all went smoothly. Berardi installed a 5 zone, 25 sprinkler heads Hunter system. 100% of my lawn is covered and Gabe showed me how to use the control panel. They also put me in touch with a plumber that they recommend to install the backflow preventer and a reduction meter (whom I paid $650 separately from the price above). I was very happy with this project from start to finish and I would highly recommend using Berardi Irrigation.
