I called Berardi irrigation when my own service provider left me in the lurch with a leak in one zone and no power in another zone of my in-ground sprinkler system. Berardi scheduled me as soon as they could, sent someone out exactly on time and fixed all of my problems in their first visit. I don't yet know how to rate them for "value for money" because they just came today and will bill me later. The technician I met was very polite and took the time to explain everything he did while he was here. I am a new and very happy customer!

Service fee upon calling was reasonable. However after the work job was seen the service person can not give me an estimate of the cost of the repair. I had to call the office after the service was done and wait another day for the cost because "I have to run this through the owner". In short the work was finished a couple of days before I learned of the cost and warranty.

The service and responsiveness were absolutely fantastic! We are very pleased with the people at Berardi. In fact they will be managing our sprinkler system going forward!
