They are very responsive and provide options for timing of startup and shutdown.

Waited for one month for a tech to come out. Tech showed up at the wrong time. Replaced back flow valve incorrectly causing water to leak/spray out when sprinklers turned on. Caller Berardi initially said they can come back in one month to fix the problem they created. After I explained that my grass will dry out after a month of no water they said the owner would come the next day between 8 and 12 to fix the problem. Next day they call me back and tell me the owner will not be coming because he does not have tools on his truck. The best they can do is have a tech come in two weeks. Do not do business with Berardi irrigation. They have incompetent techs and are not interested in resolving the problems their tech create in a timely manner. They will make promises they will not keep leaving you to deal with their incompetence on your own.

I needed a ball valve replaced and Berardi Irrigation responded quickly with a quote. His quote was very reasonable considering others that I received. A very qualified plumber came and replaced the valve in 20 minutes. Good Job.

I asked HA for a Pro. They connected me with Berardi Irrigation. They sent a Pro over for a fix and tunning of my system. In an hour everything was working and my new grass irrigated. Fantastic. They get stuff done. Fast and I’m happy. They definitely know what they are doing. Great job!!!
