Servpro of Cambridge/Belmont

Description of Work: We had a broken sewer pipe on the 2nd floor of our 3 story home - there was discharged (sewer) water all over the 2nd floor bath, adjoining bedroom, the first floor kitchen, dining room , 2 ceilings, a built in original china cabinet a wall of cabinets, as well as the cellar. In short it was a smelly mess! The best thing I could have done was call servepro- they cleaned everything- including hand-wash crystal, etc., found and treated some mold that had grown in the mess and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure that they were aware of all the things that were affected by this disaster! I could not be happier- my husband was thrilled that they were so efficient . Honestly we didn't know where to start when the whole mess started, and they came in and took over everything.

Description of Work: Had a new crack in foundation which caused some water damage in basement leading to mold accumulation in basement wall and under basement carpet. Responded promptly and courteously, provided very reasonable estimate. Had to have foundation crack repaired by an outside company, then scheduled Servpro to open up wall, remove baseboard heating unit, open up wall to determine extent of mold accumulation, remove mold, rebuild wall, replace baseboard heating and paint entire wall. Only small problem is an appointment was scheduled to do so which for some reason was forgotten by Servpro. However, one quick call and they came out and performed all tasks in a quick and professional manner for a highly reasonable price.
