Brian was very responsible from the beginning contact to the end of cleaning. He came to assess our house and know our requests in advance of the cleaning appointment. He was very polite and professional. I was satisfied with his people's work. When I saw another coupon from this company, I sent email and left messages a few times to ask him if I can use it again, I had no responses from him. I feel responsiveness is a very important factor when I use a cleaning company, I don't feel comfortable to use them again even though they did a great job.

We tried Brian as our regular cleaner was no longer available. We had a coupon for 4 hours of cleaning for about $120 or so as a trial. It took a little while to arrange the appointment but not too bad. Brian arrived with an assistant for a full house cleaning. I found that his assistant was very slow compared to other cleaners we've used. I asked Brian for a quote on cleaning on a regular basis and never heard back. Even with the special pricing we paid more than usual. Overall, the house was cleaned well but not cost-effectively.

Sage is very reliable and I have found that if there is ever an issue, the owner Brian is very responsive. I trust them to do a good, thorough job every time they visit.

Sage Cleaning was professional, punctual and left our apartment sparkling clean! I ordered Sage Cleaning through Angie's list - they had a special offer 4 hours house-cleaning for $80 dollars. It seems that a lot of people responded to this offer because it took about 2 weeks for me to get an appointment but they were superfriendly in their emails and on the phone, and looking back, it was worth the wait. Two cleaning ladies arrived with all the equipment and really did a great job giving our 3BR/2baths aparment a thorough clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything went smoothly, scheduling and arranging everything was a piece of cake. They did everything while I was at work, and I came home to a completely clean and sparkling home.

Email/phone contact was a bit of back and forth. Brian was very professional. The crew was friendly and did a good job. However when I attempted to contact the company to schedule another cleaning I discovered they have gone out of business. Website is down and email bounces back.

Found them on Angie's List, bought a coupon. They were great and very considerate, as I was getting my mother's apartment ready for her return after my father's death. In addition to being great at cleaning the carpets, they were fast, efficient and friendly.

They have been very thorough from the start. Brian came out to give an estimate and explain their process. Scheduling has been easy, as long as you are somewhat flexible. The staff have been consistent and often arrive early. They clean everything as discussed and are very friendly to work with.

I was happy with their work. They were unable to come clean the past two times. The first time they called me, but this last time they did not.

Brian was very responsive through email and very accomidating with his schedule for a walk through of the apartment. His team was able to come in and do a cleaning according to our schedule and he even met me the day before to pick up a key, which was a great convenience. Sage Cleaning uses all "green" cleaning methods, which we really liked and their price was very, very competitive. My only issue was that I left a list of things that I wanted done including wiping out the cabinets and cleaning under the refrigerator, neither of which was done. Otherwise, the place looked great without the chemicals. I definately recommend Sage Cleaning.

As I mentioned, we desperately needed a clean before relatives came over for the holiday and were in a panic to make our home look presentable. I sent out an email and Brian, the owner got back to me within a few hours. He was VERY nice and extremely helpful. He was able to schedule us in within the next few days and was able to come over the day before to do an estimate. He quoted us right around what we were expecting to pay anyway, so we went ahead. The two girls showed up right on time and were extremely friendly. We have three, loud, enthusiastic dogs, and rather than act annoyed by their barking and jumping, they got right down and pet them and made friends, which was a huge relief to us. We aren't the most organized, but they asked questions and worked around the chaos better than I'd expected. Their attention to detail was great. It felt great to know our home was going into the holidays looking better than we'd ever known it. It didn't take us long to decide we could find it in our budget to have them come and clean on a regular basis. It's also a relief that the same girls come every time so there's no rotating group of people in and out of our house, and we feel good leaving the dogs around them. About a month later, we had the living room and bedroom carpets done and I wished we'd done it sooner! He spent extra time scrubbing at stains and really making sure everything that was going to come out, came out. Nothing ever felt rush, which is always nice. We are very happy with their services.

In October, I found myself in a time crunch: I was moving out of one apartment and into another, and I was concerned about whether I would have the time both to complete my move and leave my former apartment clean and former landlord happy. Based on a reference from a colleague, I contacted Brian at Sage Cleaning and explained my situation. He quoted me a fair price and promised that his workers would complete the job in the early morning of my moving day. After moving a final load of boxes to my new apartment, I stopped by my old one to check on the job, and I found the place in better condition that when I moved in. Sparkling clean (including a great shine on the hardwood) and smelled great (no chemical odors). My former landlord called later in the day to thank me for leaving things so clean for the new tenant (He said "You rock!" and said he would give me a great reference to any future landlord). Overall, the quality of the work for the price was great and the service was prompt and accommodating. Since moving to my new place, I decided to continue to use Sage Cleaning - they come by once a month and do all the little nasty jobs (floors, stove burners, bathroom tile) that I tend to let slide. Though I am not the "greenest" person, the use of natural cleaning products that are without chemical smells and are safe for my dog is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Great. Easy, friendly, and the house looks good when they are done. I also find their prices to be very reasonable for a green service. Some other firms seem to think that is a license to take advantage of you on pricing, but Sage is very reasonable and a good value.

Brian was very quick o respond o my call and emails. His initial quote was high so he agreed to a lower amount which was still higher than my prevoius cleaner charged. However I decided to go ahead. They came a bit late but Brian advised me of this. Everything went well. However after they left I found tha one toilet had not been cleaned, the bin had not been emptied, the small appliances on the kitchen counter had not been cleaned and the toothbrush holder in the bath had not been cleaned. I was very surprised at this as these are basics for professional cleaners. Other than that the girls did an excellent job - the shower stalls were beautifully cleaned, the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen were sparkling so I was very pleased. Best of all they did not use cleaners with chemicals so there was no over-powering smells. I did email Brian to tell him this but did not get a response. In any case I would probably use them again if the job could be completed properly

We had a great experience with Sage Cleaning. I was a little concerned when I looked on Angie's List because Sage didn't have a lot of reviews. However, I wanted a "green" company and Sage fit the bill. We previously had a housecleaning service that did a good job but they used strong cleaners and deodorizers that made me cough. I have two young daughters and I was concerned about the harsh chemicals they used. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Sage. The owner, Brian, was very pleasant on the phone and we were able to set up a time that was convenient for me. I liked that Sage gave me a checklist in advance of everything they include in their service. I scheduled my appointment about three days in advance. The two cleaners arrived on time and were very pleasant. I gave them a quick tour and they started cleaning. At the beginning, I asked them to do a couple of services that weren't on the checklist and they were very accommodating. By the time they were finished, my house looked great! In addition, there were no awful chemical smells. One area that I was really impressed with were my floors. We have hardwood floors in most of our rooms and they hadn't looked that good since we had them refinished. They did a great job in our bathrooms too. Everything was sparkling and clean. All trash was removed. They were good about dusting and cleaning all surfaces and, again, didn't use anything harsh on our furniture. My daughters were impressed too with the way they arranged their stuffed animals and knickknacks in their bedrooms. I will definitely use Sage again!

Six months ago, Sage Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The people are cordial, punctual, and thorough, and the products are environmentally (and pet) friendly. After my first cleaning, I was truly surprised by the change in my home. All of the nooks and crannies that I had never noticed were suddenly dust-free, giving the whole place a brighter look. The attention to detail was and continues to be impressive. As for my floors, the original hardwood floors from 1910 are now cleaned without any sort of water damage, which I have experienced with other companies. I will continue to use Sage Cleaning for my home and business, and definitely recommend their services.
