The electrician and helper were punctual and were professional. They walked through what they would need to do and how long it would take. They finished in a timely manner and I was happy with their work.

Eddie was very responsive to my email and finding a time that worked for both of us. Eddie and one other person showed up right on time. I actually thought they were just going to provide an estimate and leave, but they did all the work right on the spot. The dimmer I purchased didn't work so I need to return it, but Eddie said once the new one comes in, he will come in and install it for free. This was a real nice surprise and obviously something he didn't have to offer. The job took 2 hours. They were both a pleasure to work with and will be my go-to electricians in the future.

Great. We got several quotes and Eddie was on the lower end. he was the most responsive to email inquiries and he showed up early for the appointment (before 7 AM). He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned up after themselves (sweeping and mopping the floors/wearing booties). He was very professional and the bill matched the quote. We were very happy and will use again.

The entire transaction with Eddie was great. He was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the experience. He responded to my initial inquiry within 1 hour and was similarly responsive to my follow up questions. After I answered some basic questions, he provided a quote which was consistent with but better than 2 others we received. We scheduled the work within a week and he accommodated my request for an early morning appointment. We set the appointment for 7 AM and he arrived at 6:55 ready to go. They were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient--getting the work done in about 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves-including mopping the floors in every room/hallway that they walked through or worked in. The wiring in the basement was neat and tidy. Everything was completed and works great.

It went great - Eddie was very responsive through email and text. On the scheduled date, he contacted me to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and was wondering if he could show up early. I was around so this wasn't a problem, so Eddie showed up with his helper Steve and got to work. They made quick work of the install and even brought the trash up to make my life easier. It was a very smooth experience and I'm planning to use Eddie for some bigger renovation jobs we have coming up.

The best I could hope for!....Eddie is very responsive, easy to communicate and plan with, shows up on time, did the work very quickly and efficiently (despite the fact that it was in the rain) and followed up to check on the work. He made a quick return visit the next day to check the work out because I had mistakenly flipped a switch and thought the light wasn't working properly--it was my mistake but he came to double check at no extra charge. Wonderful experience--would hire him again in a minute....DGP

Great! Everything has been working well. They came on relatively short notice, which seems rare since it was the holiday season. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and you could tell they wanted to go the extra mile (e.g. - they made a point of cleaning up after themselves as well as followed up on their service afterward).

It went well. They were a pleasure to deal with. I thought they were going to install the box and reroute my existing electricity to the new fuses. I guess I was not as clear as I could have been in my email, because they only had time to install the box. I am hoping they can provide me with the estimate we discussed for the additional work to reroute the existing wires.

Good communication about arrival and did the job quickly

Excellent job done on kitchen hood replacement. Came on time, and in less than an hour have old hood removed, custom mounted new hood (which was not the same as original, no longer available), cleaned the working area. And all that with a smile. Pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend!!!!!

It could not have gone worse with this contractor. They were very difficult to connect with early on and would only converse via email or the occasional text. He would never speak via or answer a phone call. He showed up for a brief moment to disconnect the existing wiring and left before a conversation could take place. He then called the night before he was to complete the job to say he would be unable to return and finish the job. It left us in a very vulnerable and difficult position. I would NEVER hire or recommend this person. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The work was done well and completed quickly

Eddie and Steve were great. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional and nice. They did the two jobs I hired them for and they were very amenable to do a few other items because time allowed. I would have them again anytime.

Everything went GREAT! E R Electric keeps in touch, they were on-time, let me know what needed to be done and kept in touch when a run to the store had to be made on the price of the materials. These are super nice guys and they left the areas they worked in very clean. I would definitely hire E R Electric again.

Eddie and Steve showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work. All work was performed very professionally and carefully. All work turned out perfectly and exactly how we envisioned it. They were also very good about cleaning up the area where the work was performed. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.
