Description of Work: ER Electric checked the wiring in three rooms in my house and the circuit-breaker box in the cellar. I had lost power in some of the outlets after a power surge following a storm I my area. In addition, they installed some three-prong outlets to replace some of the sockets that had only two-prongs. The work went very well. The team was efficient and did a great job.

Description of Work: ER Electric replaced the light on my front porch and installed a motion detector light above the garage. They arrived on time and were quick and professional. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Eddie and two others arrived promptly and were very friendly. We reviewed the tasks I'd wanted performed and we got some advice that we were grateful for. They did everything we agreed upon and they cleaned up before leaving my home. Small wonder they are booked solid!

Description of Work: This electrician claimed that he was extraordinarily responsive and reliable on Angie's List. I left him a clear and explicit voice message a day or two after Christmas, describing my work project and providing a call back number that I repeated. The electrician never replied back to me. There are far too many contractors, plumbers and electricians who fail to respond to calls and/or handle their time irresponsibly. Unfortunately, E R Electric belongs to this disreputable club. Frankly, I was surprised by his utter lack of response especially since he was seemingly vetted and endorsed by Angie's List. In this case, one strike and your out. I would never contemplate using E R Electric and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Description of Work: E R Electric called and said that they could arrive 2 hours early, and after I said that was fine with me they showed up and got right to work. I had a list of 5 things that needed to be addressed in the kitchen. Eddie went to the basement and took care of the wiring down there and his partner stayed in the kitchen and did things from there. They took care of two electric boxes in the kitchen, got my motion detector light outside the kitchen door to work, and fixed the wiring in two walls. They explained clearly what they were doing and worked quickly. They finished within the time that I had paid for in the big deal and cleaned up everything before they left. I contacted them with a question two days later and they responded that day. I am happy with the work they did and plan to call them the next time I need an electrician.

Description of Work: Did some appliance installation including two ceiling fans ans switches and bathroom lights. There was a crew of three workers who were all very polite and worked hard. Prior to the job being done, the company was great about communicating and they showed up at the time they gave us. A PLUS for them.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's deal ($160 for 2 hours). They were due here today at 12:00, and they arrived at 12:00! 3 very nice, very efficient men arrived and I asked them to do more work than I knew they could do in that period of time. I asked for 4 outlets to be put n and I knew that 2 of them would be difficult because I was moving them a decent distance and there were paneled walls in the way. They told me work over the deal time would be for an additional cost (which I expected). They worked very quickly and very efficiently and didn't waste any time at all. They completed all the work I asked for and the additional time was only at a cost of $160.00. They even cleaned up after themselves. They were wonderful and very, very professional. I am planning to book another appt with them to get some overhead lights switched out. These will be the only electricians I plan to use in the future.

Description of Work: These guys are great. Eddie and his partner came out the same day I contacted them. They fixed two fixtures and replaced two light switches and did some general troubleshooting. I've been trying to get this done for a while and they fixed it all in 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Installed a new fixture for a ceiling fan and changed out a couple of outlets.

Description of Work: Two electricians from E/R Electric spent one hour installing a chandelier and checking the electrical system of a house I recently bought. They did a thorough job checking my old fuse box and outlets. They provided me an estimate for future updates. I was pleased with the service I received.

Description of Work: I had Eddie and co put up my ceiling fan, which they did with amazing speed and efficiency. They also took out my useless wall switch and mounted the fan remote instead, and helped me disassemble my old fan, which was very nice of them. I had them check out my broken track lights as well- they didn't have a transformer to fix it, but they diagnosed the problem and gave me some advice and options for lighting in general. Overall they were really friendly and everything went well. 2 guys, in and out in an hour. I had a follow up question on the fan a week later and Eddie answered right away.
