I called at 7pm and responded within 15 min. Came to the house the next day and replaced zone circulator on my furnace. Price was fair, he showed us the broken part. I have used his services several times and will continue and recommending him to friends and family.

Eddie and his assistant electrician arrived early and performed the work quickly, skillfully and with ease. The were courteous and cheerful. They troubleshot and replaced a shorted switch/receptacle as well as replaced 13 other duplex receptacles in one hour. I was very pleased with their work and have already asked them to quote other electrical work.

The experience with Eddie of E/R Electrical was great. Eddie and his partner arrived on time and did not waste one minute before getting to work. I especially liked this because the Angie's List coupon was an "by-the-hour" deal, and they wasted no time before getting to work. What I liked most was that the customer service was outstanding! They were not pushy or "know-it-all" contractors, which made the experience pleasant and comfortable. Eddie and his partner actually went over and beyond the scope of their work and installed a shelf under my wall mounted TV, which I really appreciated. Also, when putting the tvs back on the mount, they took the time and made sure the TVs were positioned correctly and leveled before leaving. Also, Eddie was honest and informed me that he had to go purchase a part for the job; because of this he deducted a half and hour off the bill despite his partner remaining at my house doing work. They pulled the permit and did not cut corners -- I value this in a contractor. If needed, I will rehire again in the future.

I let them know it would be easier for them to call me on my home number. I have not heard from them. I left them a voicemail that I needed outlets and switches changed in my home but again never heard from them.

Eddie was fantastic. We had bought a deal for two hours of electrical work and when he finished that project early he helped us with a few other things as well (broken light switch etc) Super considerate and friendly. Great for someone like me who's always just putting stuff off (like this review) Definitely would hire again!

Installed heater cables on roof. Only glitch was cables stopped working soon after and they had to come back to reconnect them. They came back right away and fixed it.

I would recommend Eddie - as he is very professional and responsive. He also did a great job and works extremely quickly and does a great job.

These guys arrived a little early, have a quick quote and were able to right to work. Honored a deal they were offering through Angie's List that I wasn't even aware of, two guys did the work in less than an hour and stuck to quote for materials and labor. Had them update four 2-prong outlets and add an additional outlet on the outside of the house.

They completed both tasks with a couple of minutes to spare. There were two electricians so they were actually here for just one hour. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again.

Eddie Rodrigues was totally responsive and professional. He worked with a partner and they got the job done very quickly, despite having to deal with some old (Victorian-era) wiring. I will definitely ask them to come back for future repairs and installations.

He was absolutely fabulous. I didn't actually have to have any work done by him. So I never actually contracted with him but he helped troubleshoot something. It turned out it was on the Nstar side and what I felt was more precious that he actually followed up a couple of days later just to make sure that NStar had solved the problem. Actually, he didn't even come out. I explained the situation and I thought it was on the electric company side and he said it doesn't sound like it is and the electric company came out and confirmed it. He actually followed up a couple of days later just to make sure that all my issues have been resolved. So he follows up with his customers even though they're not his customers yet. I liked the fact that after the initial understanding of what the real problem was, realizing that he might not actually have to provide me the service and charge me a fee or wanted something that wasn't necessarily something he just fixed. So I was impressed that he was willing to skip making a couple of bucks to do the right thing.

Refreshing to work with someone who was a true professional. Eddie was very responsive and has excellent communication skills. The chandeliers were installed with expediency and the time/cost was exactly what he quoted. I will be calling him again and hope for a lifetime partnership. Great add to my Rolodex!

Very impressed! I had another quote for this same work where the guy said it would take several full days and cost a almost two thousand dollars. Eddie quoted me less than a third the price. I was a bit nervous that I was missing something, but I shouldn't have been. Eddie and his assistant showed up right on time and set to work immediately. All done before noon, and at the quoted price. (There was some previous shoddy and out-of-code wiring in the breaker box; that was fixed for an additional $40, but I wasn't pressured into doing that.) I was worried that there might be some complication with installing the ceiling fan I had on hand (it came with a 1970s style remote control, which I wanted to skip), but that was no problem. This project did require a number of holes to be made in the drywall. They kept these small and patched them after; we agreed beforehand that we'll handle painting. Very friendly, and good e-mail communication. Highly recommended all around.

I hired a contractor to replace my siding and windows and found out about Eddie through this contractor. I wanted to upgrade my service and do a few other things so I had arranged for a separate meeting to go over the extra items I wanted to be done. Eddie was punctual and professional. The guy never even showed (claimed there was traffic) and then went MIA. very unreliable and unprofessional.

I needed recessed lighting installed in my house. Eddie did a fabulous job. Worked extremely efficiently and went out of his way to look into a few other things that weren't working or needed proper sealing. I would definitely hire them again for my future projects.

They did the job fast, and were responsive to my needs. I had a unique situation in that the ceiling fans I purchased were both defective. So I had to return both fans, and purchase new ones. That meant I had to make another appointment with ER Electric to come back to install the second set of ceiling fans. That brought my cost higher to do the job overall. It was not their fault, and they were good in scheduling me in again to finish the job. I learned a lot about ceiling fans in this process, one being to open the box to be sure all the parts were not damaged to avoid a second appointment. They did the closet lights and light fixture well. Overall, a decent job!

They were terrific. I will call them again. The price was well worth it. They were immaculate.
