Communications prior to visit were prompt and clear. Provided estimate via e--mail. Two guys arrived on time. Performed installation as noted above. Job required five minutes. (I am just experiencing a bit of sticker shock at the cost of electricians for 5 minutes of work. However, E/R electric quoted me via e-mail up front, and the bill was exactly as quoted.) The unit is functioning as expected. The guys were prompt professional. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend.

Eddie and his team showed up on time, completed the work and went above and beyond to install the baseboard heater without drilling additional holes. Eddie has a can do attitude and always communicates and answers numerous questions pertaining to products for instillation. Last year we used Eddie to install a new lamp post in our front yard, due to circumstances outside his control, the sensor went out, the light was not functioning. He came out repeatedly to address the issue to ensure the light was functioning properly which it now does. Eddie is very customer focused and because of that he will continue to get all my electrical business. Thanks Eddie!

Overall everything went fine. The guys showed up late, but that was our fault - there were address issues. the biggest "bad" thing was that my husband described *in great detail* what we wanted to have done, where it was, etc and sent pictures of the project area at the time of scheduling the appointment. Once and appointment was set, the guys showed up and didn't have anything they needed to do the work. . . . so part of the allotted time was spent with the guys driving to a nearby hardware store to buy the appropriate items. In the end we paid the electrician for the parts and 1/2 the time he spent driving around. I cant give it an "A" because we didn't have a fantastic experience, but there were issues that could have been avoided. In the end work got done, but I think I might try another electrician next time that communicated better with his customers.

Eddie is a great communicator-- very responsive-- gets back to you fast in response to questions, whether by phone or email. Did great work for us; a pleasure to work with.

Eddie was great. He was very understanding in setting up the estimate meeting - many of the unit owners wanted to be home when an unknown person was coming into their home. The price was very reasonable to replace 19 smoke detectors as well as provide power to one of the units to bring our condo up to fire code. He did the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Eddie for all of your electrical needs.

I used Eddie previously with a coupon the year before and it worked out pretty well. I made a punch list for Eddie for several properties within 1 mile of each other. He scheduled me for 10/24/14 within 30 days from 9/28/14 contact. Good. He was on time but did not complete everything. Ok. I've scheduled him twice more and he has cancelled on me both times. He has not followed-up all week after the abrupt text that he was cancelling this week. Bad. It can't be a money issue as I paid him what he asked me for without getting an estimate on the partial job done on 10/24/14. It is now 2/6/15 and job still not done since contact on 9/28/14. Going on 5 months. Time to move on. Also, can be pricey without coupon as you will pay for 2 electricians even if a small job.

For the deal they updated an old outlet and fixed an outlet that was not working. I then asked them to install two new outlets. When I called them more recently, they replaced an outdated outlet. They were very thorough and tested everything before they finished - including my hair dryers! The cost for the most recent visit to fix the sparking outlet was $185 which included a 10% discount. It is a lot of money for one outlet but I think it is the going rate and they came within hours of my call for which I was very grateful. They are also nice people to work with.

We did use them and the experience was excellent. We were going to use them but we changed our minds the last time but this time I had look at that and that was a good experience; they haven’t done any work yet. The experience was excellent. They're prompt and courteous. He's polite and I had no problems in return. He sounded knowledgeable and the price is more reasonable but we haven't experience any work yet.

I am so happy with Eddie, he is prompt, fast and gets the job done. I could not ask for anyone better.

Eddie was incredibly responsive from the start, answering all my questions and communicating frequently. I never was made to feel as though my project was too small or unimportant, although I'm sure he has much larger and lucrative jobs going on! He arrived on time, and my husband says the job was done efficiently, quickly, and he did a great job of cleaning up after himself and leaving everything in even better shape that he found it. He answered a lot of questions about other projects we might want in the future. We will definitely use Eddie for all our electrical needs from now on and would recommend him without hesitation

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie who owns his company and was the man that came in for the job. First, his pricing is far superior to competitors. His estimates and final bill were exactly the same and 2x better priced than competitors. I contacted at least 3 others prior to Eddie for an estimate and honestly speaking, either they were trying to rob me, or I may have missed the "golden" part of the service portfolio. Even for a layman like myself, there was no way the cost of the job some of these guys gave me could be accurate. This is why I really appreciate Eddie, because he clearly understood the job and quoted a reasonable price. Second, he is very responsive and highly punctual. He replied to my calls and text messages within the day and often within minutes. We settled on a day in the morning. He came in promptly finished the job. I ordered the heaters and thermostats and apparently ordered the wrong one. Eddie let me know and I had to wait another few weeks for the correct parts to come in. He waited the two weeks came in, did the job again on time and with quality. He was ok if I paid after the job was entirely finished even though it was my fault for the incorrect order. Third, I appreciate those businesses that allow me to order my own parts. What I dislike is when I am "compelled" to go with the supplier of the business. I feel safer buying from a reputable supplier (Home Depot, Lowes, even Amazon) then some unknown supplier affiliated with the service provider. I dont mind the business offering that as an option and helping me get the best price for the parts. Of the competitors that I invited, some were very pushy about their suppliers. Eddie wasn't... he was fine either way. I like having the flexibility. Just superb overall experience. I will be using Eddie again for future electric needs. In fact, he already did a simple second job in fixing the circuits that constantly tripped. A last point on pricing: What I hate the most is blatant overcharging, or over-jobbing, meaning doing unnecessary work for the objective of the order. This turns me off to that business. I am happy to pay for a job well done. If you treat me fairly, you will have repeat business as Eddie will from me. This experience went better than what we could have asked for. Eddie seemed very responsible, punctual, experienced, and knowledgeable. Bonus points for setting things up thru email. Eddie and Giovanni showed up right at 8am and after showing them where we wanted the new light and switch, they began working efficiently and clean. While Giovanni was finishing up installing the light upstairs, Eddie and I walked the house together for the inspection and he was very vocal and communicative when identifying things that were out of code and how to bring them up to code, as well as finding loose ends here and there that he fixed for me. They were all done and cleaned up by 9am. I had asked Eddie if he could quote me all of the out of code things we found during the inspection and later that night I already had an email from him with a quote. He's super nice, a good worker, and he's got a good head on his shoulders. Looking forward to working with him again.

It wasn't long to schedule him, E/R Electric was really quick and easy to schedule, he was very responsive and came out on time and did the work that was requested although I notified him in advance that I wanted a panel grounded and rather than coming with the materials that he might need to actually do the work he had to then go out and buy it, so that ate up some of the time that had been paid for, not by much but it was a small details about something that I noticed but the work performance was fine, kind of satisfied, I am satisfied with it. It was really the first time that I had some electrical work done so the price seemed fair to me. I am just happy.

Were not able to fit me in on a date that was convenient for me but that was due to busy season and schedule of Eddie's. Eddie and his team-mate arrived on time of appointment and was courteous to take off shoes for the work. They went right to work and were super fast with the work. Though the team-mate may haved rushed a little bit as there were a couple of instances where after the installation of the switches needed to be redone as the lights didnt turn on. But they were quick to rectify the problem. Work may be a little rough but fast and adequate. Had some crumbles that I had to clean up after they left also left a few small scratches on the newly painted walls as the work was speedy, although the scratches was small and minor. Overall they are a speedy team with adequate work that will get things done.

Those guys were very good. We were very pleased with them. They were efficient, straightforward and they got the job done. They came when I needed them.
