It went just about perfectly. Eddie is very responsive and professional. He showed up on time and got everything done in the timeframe we planned. He and the guy he was working with both worked very hard to get things done quickly and properly. It was pretty amazing to watch - they are quite skilled at running wires behind walls while making only minimal holes to be patched up later.

To put it simply, this experience was phenomenal. Eddie came to provide a quote right for what i was originally planning on just installing new lighting and a new panel. After demolition I found that my electrical was completely out dated, and needed a full overhaul. No questions asked, Eddie upgraded the whole system with his assistant. All this work was done within 4 1/2 hours. Unbelievable. I have been and will be recommending E/R electric to all of my friends and colleagues. Also, I find communication very important. Eddie has always responded to an email, text or phone call right away. This is certainly not the norm.

Eddie Rodrigues from E/R Electric was excellent. He first scheduled an appointment at our apartment to understand the job and develop a quote. Eddie emailed the quote within two days of his visit. On the scheduled work day, Eddie arrived 15 min early. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently without breaks. When the job was finished, they cleaned up after themselves. This included vacuuming our apartment. Before leaving, they also tested each item they had installed and went over the job with me. I would recommend E/R to my friends. We also plan to use them when it comes time to install new lighting in our apartment.

I’ve been having a very hard time scheduling this service. The provider won’t accept phone calls, and says to only contact him through his email.

Provider contacted me promptly, but couldn't come out for 3 weeks and I need the work done sooner. So I will be going with someone else.

Bought the Angie's list deal, setup appointment back and forth via Angieslist message, two guys showed up as promised time, and they are AWESOME and extremely quick. Couldn't believe they could do it within 1 hour. Very satisfied with their service, will hire them again. Thanks!

Quick response when we bought the Angie's list deal. Arrived on time and crew was quick and efficient with the work, very friendly and cleaned up nicely. They are definitely out go to electrician for the future!

Two guys came for 45 minutes to an hour and left. There is not a a problem with this but the coupon is deceiving. The fine print says that it is 2 hours of work and that 2 guys come for 1 hour. I would recommend revising the coupon to say 2 workers for 1 hour. It seems like to is worded the way it is to make it seem more like a deal and have people purchase it rather than actually fully explaining in the header what the coupon actually offers. I would not have purchased the deal if I knew it was for only an hour.

Eddie and his associate called prior to arrival and informed me that they could come early if appropriate. I obliged and they showed within 30 min to introduce themselves. We did a walk-through of the work discussed and they wasted no time getting after it. The two worked efficiently as a team as one of the two had to enter the attic. The work took between 90 minutes and two hours at which point they called me upstairs for my approval. After I approved, they cleaned up and left no mess. I would say everything was professional and transparent. Oh, and the work was perfect too!

They arrived on time, went straight to work and when they were done with the hour that I had paid for in the deal we asked for an estimate for some other work and they gave us the same deal for the next hour and did it then and there. We will be bringing them back soon to do a bit more work!

We are in the process of upgrading our house and are in need of some electrical work along the way. We are currently gutting out a bedroom, insulating, and sheetrocking. We were in need of an electrician and turned to angie'slist.com. Eddie at E/R electric emailed me back and confirmed our appointment very promptly. On the day of the schedule work, he arrived right on time and went to work almost immediately. I showed him the work I hoped to have done, he made a few suggestions and got started. He was very upfront and honest w/ the cost of the project and even provided me w/ some quotes for future work that I will need completed. I look forward to using this company again.

They have been terrific. This is the third time I have used them. I have been very pleased with them. There were two guys here and they were able to finish the job in the 2 hours.

Eddie arrived early for our scheduled job. He was quick to setup and get to work on the ceiling fans. When contacting other electricians through Angie's List, every other one said they'd have to rent staging to reach the ceiling fans in my house which added about $400 in cost to the job. Eddie showed up with a few ladders and easily completed the job. He also identified that a buzzing sound coming from the fans was due to bad switches which he quickly swapped out for me (and he was right it did fix the issue). He also fixed a recessed light that had a damaged thermal coupler. I had a few switches that were troublesome that were fixed and then a few dimmer switches replaced as well. Will definitely use E/R Electric again

Complained about parking. The guy is a little grumpy. His young helper was much more friendly. Came late. Work was done pretty well. Clean-up was mediocre.

I purchased a Big Deal, which gave me two hours of electrical work (in this case, one hour with two electrians). From the moment I purchased it, Eddie was quick to email to inquire about my needs and to get something scheduled. He was out with his colleague yesterday, and they were able to replace two old ceiling fans with new ones. He also quickly swapped out an old bathroom light fixture. He was not able to stay much past the scheduled time due to other appointments, but I was pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism, and work so I have already inquired about some additional work.

Eddie was prompt, pleasant to work with and did a good job. His estimate was lower than most others and it took him much less time than others were estimating.

His manner was friendly, and very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently on both visits. We are very pleased with the work and the price. Would call him back again without hesitation.

E/R was great, timely, and efficient. They appear to prefer to communicate via text and email, so don't get put off by that. When you meet them you will be pleased with their friendly and respectful manner. And they clean up after their work. I was amazed when they asked for a broom and begin to clean all of the areas where they had worked. My ceiling fan, chandlier, and cable outlet are all working great. I highly recommend E/R Electric.

It went well considering he didn't have to come down and do anything. I was glad he offered advice though he was not available. Which makes sense when calling for help on a Saturday at 4pm. I now know who to call first when in a bind.

I had the kind of tiny electrical job that wouldn't even get a call back from other electricians. Not only did Eddie call me back and provide a free estimate, I couldn't be more pleased with his work and his professionalism. I will unquestionably use him in the future! Fast response time. Super easy communication. Punctual. Fairly priced. Outstanding!

Eddie arrived on time and was professional and pleasant. We went to the basement where he checked the wiring. We then went upstairs to look at a fire alarm; he tightened the alarm for me. Back to the kitchen where he requested a check for $250. He was in my house for under ten minutes and I thought that perhaps the initial $250 would be included in the final fee for the job. Eddie said that the job would take all day with one other worker and it would be $1,500. He returned with a partner and was done in two hours, but the job was still $1,500. Eddie's public response to the above review on Angie's List was markedly different in tone from his initial private email sent to me. I do not think the difference is a simple "misunderstanding". We ended up not moving forward with our project, but of all the people we contacted, Eddie was best with answering questions quickly and thoroughly. His quote was also the best we found.

E/R Electric was outstanding! Eddie was professional, worked efficiently, and the quality of their work was topnotch. We will certainly use E/R Electric again and have recommended them to our friends.

Great job! E/R responded and scheduled the service visit promptly after we booked a Big Deal for two hours of electrical work. They did everything just as we asked, very quickly, and were polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
