Prompt response from Eddie. Eddie and his partner showed up on time. Very professional. Because there were two electrician's they worked for an hour, and these guys worked hard and fast! In one hour they were able to: -Relocate 2 outlets in basement wall -Relocate electric heater in basement -Install 2 arc fault breakers due to tapped arc fault circuit breaker -Install regular breaker due to tapped arc fault circuit breaker (only had 2 arc-fault breakers in truck) -Test all work done Eddie was also able to do a walk-through of the house to inspect a few things we wanted an estimate for: -Rough in and install 1-single pole switch for 2-wall sconces (sconces supplied by other) in Dining Room -Demo existing lighting, rough in and install 1-single pole dimmer for 5-5? incandescent recess lights in Kitchen -Rough in and install 1-20amp circuit for new hood range (to be supplied and vented by other) in Kitchen -Disconnect old alarm system, install duct seal on exterior weather head point of attachment, repair 1-exterior outlet (*He got back to me with an estimate for all of the above work in a week and a half.) Overall I was extremely impressed with the work that was done and the level of professionalism. We will definitely be using their service again.

Extremely professional and efficient

Eddie came promptly for an estimate, earlier this winter,, sending messages to confirm. He returned with his assistant Diovanni. Eddie made suggestions for placement of 4 recessed kitchen lights with a dimmer switch, and taped circle templates where he would install them. Once we gave our approval, they promptly installed 4 lights, which replaced a '70's style plastic Tiffany lamp on a chain. The results were dramatic. Eddie and Diovanni are a great team, swept up our kitchen floor, covered our counters and were fast! The entire job was one in less than 2 hours. Will use them again!

Ed was very professional. He came in and assessed my outlets and light switches and got the working within 10 minutes. Ed was friendly, efficient and fairly priced. I will definitely use him again and i would highly recommend him to others.

Every thing went very well. So well that they finished early before my paid time had expired. They work very fast so be sure that you have the amount of work that will tak all the time you have paid for. I am not saying that they do less than outstanding work because they work fast. Their work is outstanding, to th fact that this is my second time using them

Eddie and I exchanged messages through the Angie's list forum and agreed upon the work to be done and when it should take place. After the initial agreement, I asked Eddie if we could talk by phone for any further communication such as confirmation the day before the work was to be done. He was reluctant, saying that there was nobody in the office early in the morning. Still don't know what that has to do with calling me. After I persisted he agreed and then final confirmation came via message through Angie's. On the day of work he called to say that he was ahead of schedule and would be there about an hour ahead. That was fine. Eddie and his assistant began work but had to leave soon after starting to check our local store for some mini-breakers which he did not have. This seemed odd to me as that's a pretty common part but they were back shortly (45 minutes) and were then done shortly after. Eddie showed me the receipt for the part and I had to write a check for that amount. He showed me the work that he had done and was on his way.

Eddie responded quickly to my phone call with a work request. Came to the condo quickly and provided a written estimate of the work to be done. Great. Quote was $875 which included having to hard wire and run new wiring for a smoke detector in the basement. Eddie and another man showed up on time to do the work. The 2 men did the work in an hour and a half (3 man hours). They did NOT end up having to run any new wiring in the basement. The wiring was already there. The estimated price was stilll charged even though LESS work was needed. So I was charged $291 an hour to replace existing fixtures. $291 an hour is a VERY HIGH rate. Also, when the work was done, I was told by the fire dept that I needed a permit for the work done with the smoke detectors. Fine. When I told this to Eddie, he told me it would cost ANOTHER $335 for him to get the permit and meet the inspector. All Eddie had to do was go online and apply for the permit. It costs $30. I had another electrician get the permit and it cost $30 ... NOT $175 as Eddie was telling me I had to pay. AND I met the Inspector myself so Eddie's $335 ADDITIONAL charge cost me $30 with another electrician. I highly recommend NOT using ER Electric. Cost of service is EXTREMELY high. When less work was required, I was still charged the amount quoted for MORE work. Was charging me $175 for a $30 permit. Told me I was supposed to know when a permit is needed, not him. HE IS THE LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.

They hung the light fixture and said the ceiling fan light couldn't be repaired. After they left the ceiling fan no longer spun in one direction. When I followed up they said it was just coincedence.

We bought the "$160 for 2 Hours of Professional Electrical Labor!" deal and were very pleased with Eddie's and his colleague's work. They checked and fixed bad connections in our outlets, checked the functionality of wall switches, diagnosed problems with recessed lights, and replaced the ceiling chandelier in our dining room. They were very professional, very quick and they cleaned up after themselves (they even took off their snowy shoes at the front door, which I appreciated very much!). Additionally, they were very easy to communicate with, using Angies List messaging/texting/emails and they were quick to respond to all my emails. Two weeks later, we had them come back to do more work. They installed needed sensors in our recessed lights and replaced under-cabinet kitchen lights with new LED lights. Everything works and looks great. We would definitely use them again.

Eddie and his assistant arrived exactly on time, did the work in a timely and efficient way. Pleasant, responsive and professional is how I would describe them. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended him to my family.

They requested that I send photos beforehand, so they had the appropriate materials and equipment at the time of the appointment. I was very pleased with how they handled it all. Everything we asked was taken care of

Eddie showed up exactly when he said he would and worked very quickly and professionally. He also moved the garbage disposal switch for me free of charge so that I could make room for an undermount sink that I am having installed. Would definitely call again for any other electrical work I man need done in the future.

Everything went perfectly. Work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up and left good as new.

My experience with E/R Electric was great. Eddie is very responsive, punctual, and professional. All of the work was completed on the day scheduled with the cost per the estimate. - everything went as planned. Eddie even went above the work that was quoted by patching holes in the ceiling after fishing a wire - In the quote this was to be my responsibility, but Eddie took care of it. Overall, I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for electrical work on your existing home.

Great experience with Eddie at E R Electric. He was extremely communicative and responsive. He provided a very reasonable estimate at his first visit, and when he performed the work, he kept the price at the original estimate despite some minor complications in the work. The work was performed quickly (one morning) and very well. Eddie cleaned up everything left over from the job and left the house looking better than before. Overall, E R Electric is highly recommended.
