We had kitchen cabinet lights that had improper wiring and were flickering. E R came over on time and very efficiently removed the old wiring and made sure everything was to code. Eddie and his partner were professional courteous and punctual. The finished the job within 2 hours and without damaging the kitchen backsplash. They cleaned up and even mopped the floor when they were done. They are great guys and we will use them again the next time we need an electrician.

Easy to schedule and arrange the repair. Came as agreed upon despite a snowstorm. Even shoveled the snow to reach the lights in the backyard. Fixed everything without any issues. Also fixed a light in the nursery room as a last minute add-on. Months later everything is functioning properly. Really nice crew. I highly recommend them for any electrical service.

During vacation, our fridge stopped working. It turned out that the outlet was not working anymore. Tried one Electrician who was on vacation until the first week of September. I found E R Electric. They responded immediately but had openings the third week of September. When I explained our situation (especially with school starting up soon), Eddie fit us in two days later! They were early for the appointment. They were courteous even to the point of asking if they should remove their shoes. When they couldn't immediately come up with a solution to the problem with the outlet, they checked all the boxes in the house and several outlets. They asked many questions in being thorough and were able to come up with a very simple solution to the problem. We have now found our official Electrician moving forward in our lives.

We called a total of 5 electricians to do the work at one of the busiest times of the year. E/R very quickly responded to the initial call and scheduled an appointment within two days, much earlier than any other provider. They arrived at the site ahead of time and did the work very quickly and professionally. Very nice people, pleasure to deal with.

I asked for a visit/estimate to diagnose an issue months ago. A visit was not scheduled and I was told they were busy for over a month out. I searched elsewhere and still need an electrician. I reached out today to request a visit and was told that I had been in touch and "vanished" so they are too busy to handle my business now. I havent talked to this person since April and am simply looking for someone to take a visit and provide an estimate on what is wrong with the heaters it is not clear. I was quoted with an assumed culprit to the issue. I could not schedule a visit or get a relevant estimate/solution.

The overall experience was great. He came over initially to see what had to be done, and what things he would need to purchase, then he came back and witched over a number of the lights. He came back a second time because he had to order more lights. They both arrived right on schedule and they also cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again for my electrical needs.

I have to say that after reading all the feedback ER electric received about promptness, quick work, and professionalism I was expecting a lot! I purchased the $160 deal and was sure they could not live up to the hype. Sure enough, scheduling was easy, they showed up at the precise start time (2 electricians for 1 hour), discussed/evaluated and quickly got right to work! They moved very fast and at times were running up and down the stairs to get everything done. I was able to add on a couple of extra quick hit items (like switching 2-prongs to 3-prongs) when they were nearly done after just 35 minutes! They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves easily. With the haste to get through our list they missed a couple of opportunities to pay attention to details (outlet plugs did not line up with the face plate evenly, etc.) but I can fix that stuff myself easly and am thrilled they were able to get so much of our wish list done. I had them evaluate a few rooms in order to provide us an estimate for recessed lighting. I have a few more estimates for that coming in the next couple of weeks and am hoping they end up in line with good pricing as well - we would love to continue to work with them! Eddie charged us $20 for wiring (we provided all the plugs, dimmers and face plates) - we even threw in a bit extra after being so impressed by their work ethic and drive to completion!

I was so impressed with Eddie. Not long after I called him, he responded with a request to email him the details. I did, and before I knew it, he said he could be at my home after 5. He was very communicative -- I asked him to text me before he left so I could meet him at the house, and he did. Eddie was friendly and polite from the second he arrived. I showed him the issue, and he jumped right in to solve the problem. After a bit of troubleshooting, he figured out the issue. Throughout the entire process, Eddie explained what steps he was taking and checked in with me. I could not believe how quickly he troubleshooted and solved the issue! I would absolutely hire Eddie again for our future electrical needs.
