I have always found Eddie to be very professional and reliable. He responds promptly when setting up an appointment. I am not an electrical expert--but Eddie and his crew seem to be very conscientious and competent. Unfortunately, Eddie was unable to hook up the new heated gutter system. He felt uncomfortable with the wiring requirements. But I praise him for being honest and forthright about not wanting to do something with potentially less than satisfactory results. ER did a great job re-connecting the de-icing cable. The GFI for the outdoor outlet was replaced and then Eddie checked out the circuit breakers for the hot tub. He determined that the breakers were fine but the heater for the tub may be the culprit-- bad news for me b/c replacing a circuit breaker would have been much cheaper:-)

I took two of his cards, immediately called my friend who I knew was in need of an Electrician she could rely on. As a single mom, I HIGHLY recommend them for any electrician needs you may have!! I've used ER Electric twice and both times were a good experience. They knew I was picky so they made it a habit to confirm everything they were about to do. For example, if they were ready to drill holes in my wall for a bracket, they would show me exactly where they were going to do it so that I was ok with the location.

I purchased a pre-paied service for two hours of electrician's work, and asked this contractor to install two power outlets. The job included installing wires from the basement to the first floor. The contractor showed up 15 minutes early and finish the job in 45 minutes by three tradesmen. All communication including appointments were performed through Angie's messaging function. All of their response to my message came back with in an hour. The job was available in two weeks from the date of the purchasing the pre-paid service. If you are someone who wish to communicate with contractor digitally (not phones calls and repeated voice messaging), and want contractors to show up promptly on time so that you don't ruin your day off from work, this is the contractor to work with. I wish all electricians/carpenters/plumbers were professional like E/R Electronic.

Great! They arrived 20 minutes early. It was two electricians and a helper (maybe an apprentice?). They were friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Very responsive to my many questions They tidied up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Eddie was always on time and respectful. He gave estimate costs and was flexible with his timing. I recommend Eddie to anyone looking for light updates and rewiring. He works quickly and effectively. After installing our living room lights we noted that we had a part missing, Eddie came back to install the part free of charge.

He was very professional and courteous. He initially was not able to get the install scheduled out earlier than 4 weeks. When I asked if he could come earlier, he was flexible and found an open time for the install within 1 week. Would definitely do business with him again.

I want to start off by Thanking Eddie and his team for EVERYTHING They did for me. I lost power to most of my house on a very cold night. I called 5 companies and E R Electric was THE ONLY ONE TO RESPOND and within 10 minutes. Unbelievable! AMAZING!!! They told me they would send someone right out. My elderly parents live with me so I needed this resolved quickly. He told me he would be there at a certain time. He showed up EARLIER! Eddie and his helper Steve were extremely polite and courteous. They wasted no time in Diagnosing and repairing the problem. They needed multiple parts and I was amazed that they had all the materials they needed in the van. IT MUST BE LIKE MARY POPPINS BAG! They worked very fast and very well together. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM! Eddie showed me exactly what was wrong, how to fix it and how they did fix it. They kept me informed throughout the process. I was so happy they had resolved the issue with no fuss or problems, I cried. I can not THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL OF THEIR HARDWORK. I will not hesitate to call them again with any and all of my electrical needs. I would and will recommend this team to everyone! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

This company contacted once but never reconnected withy me again. the work has not been completed

The 3 providers went about doing my small jobs, since they couldn't do my main one job They were very quiet, they barely spoke to me. There was little to know communication, they didn't explain anything or offer any additional information about my jobs. (One provider did offer advice on what to do about the dishwasher if the same thing happens again.) It was a unusual experience, all of the providers I've had in the past are friendly, professional, offer advice or ask questions to better understand my needs. There was none of that and that was strange, to me. If they couldn't fulfill all the jobs in my previous email, I would've preferred to be informed a head, so that I could have made other arrangements, I was expecting them to complete the task, since it was an electrical job and they didn't inform me otherwise that they didn't know how, or do such jobs. That was very disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience from buying the deal through Angie's List, being contacted by the provider and the actual service. Eddie contacted me within 24 hours and offered me one of the time that I requested (a window of 2 hours, 12 to 2). On the day of the job Eddie and crew showed up a few minutes early and worked diligently to complete the work. They were very friendly and checking as they made progress. There were no problems, no additional fees or issues. Before they left they make sure everything was picked up. Great experience from beginning to end, will definitely, use again. Thank you! Eddie was a pleasure to work with. He was very quick in returning email messages sent through A.L. and was provided lots of flexibility for my uncertain schedule. He communicated well with me throughout the scheduling process and even let me know when he was on his way to me. The work he did is excellent. My only question is whether I paid more than I should have for labor because he gave me the Angie's list special of $160 for 2 hours labor for a job that took less than 10 minutes. That said, I'm not complaining at all, even if I paid a few extra dollars, it was a pleasure to work with Eddie and if anything I feel ok about compensating him for the time he put into working around my difficult scheduling.

E/R came in and did the job very efficiently -- and cleanly. They cleaned as they went -- so I didn't have any dust to clean up after them. The finished work was exactly what I wanted. I kept their card so I could call with any future business! and very nice guys..to boot.

Fixed for a dayl ights went back out. Called and they said it would cost 95.00 per hour. I stated they never fixed anything. They stated they checked everything out.thoroughly. Needless to say I got another electrician and he properly fixed the problem by replacing a broken breaker. They don't guarantee their work therefore you throw hard-earned money away.

Let's face it, after this past winter, it's been tough securing services of contractors. It's amazing how a reliable and effecient contractor can make you happy. We will definitely use Eddie and his team for future work.

Never returned my call so no work was scheduled. While the web site indicates he does small jobs I wonder if it is just a come-on since he did not return my call.
