Eddie and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional. They completed the scheduled switch-out of the smoke/CO alarms, and attempted the scheduled fix of the lamppost switch (though we discovered that the switch is faulty, and a new part has been ordered, and will be replaced at a future appointment). While they were there, I asked about an additional small item (a doorbell that had ceased to function). Eddie had a replacement part in the truck, and switched it out for a very nominal fee. I was very happy with this Big Deal service, and have hired Eddie to come back to complete the lamppost switch project.

Went very well. Crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Work included adding a new breaker in the basement electrical box and running a wire up to the first floor through the walls, Took exactly two hours, I recommend them without hesitation.

They were great. They came with a bunch of people and zipped through half a dozen different things. At the last minute, I realized there was a problem with the back door buttons. They simply dismantled it and told my son how he could fix it, if I would go buy the buttons because they were on the way out. In fact, that worked fine. I paid them $198 on top of $160.

Being early can be as bad as being late, but it worked out fine. A team of three worked efficiently for an hour, got more done than I had expected. They were pleasant and polite, cleaned up after finishing their work. I would definitely use ER again.

Provider arrived ahead of schedule and completed the whole job in about an hour. He brought an indoor switch with a light--a nice feature (reminding me that the de-icer is on). The provider and his assistant were professional and courteous. At the completion of the job there was nothing to tidy up.
