Crew of 3 guys came, very professional, worked efficiently together, checked all their work and cleaned up everything. They even washed the floors in the kitchen where the extra outlet was put in. Absolutely would use them again!

Eddie was very quick to respond to the emails and questions. I contacted him in the morning and he already came to the house to do evaluation that night! He and his colleague finished evaluation within an half hour. Quite impressed with responsiveness.

This is my 2nd time using ER Electric. Both times they have been EXELLENT and have exceeded my expectations. i contacted ER Wednesday night (after business hours) and I received a message from them the next morning 30mins prior to their opening time. ER then squeezed me into the schedule as my matter was a bit urgent on my rental unit. Eddie takes his customers needs to the next level as he's always RESPONSIVE and PROMPT. Both times he has completed my jobs within 24 hours. Fantastic job! .... 2 guys showed up, cranked through the job in a very efficient manner, took less than an hour. I tested their work after they were gone (with an outlet grounding tester). 100% perfect!

After I bought a coupon from Angie's, Eddie came out to look at the job and gave me an estimate at no charge. He gave me lots of advice on what kind of lights to buy, and even looked at links on Amazon I sent him to make sure I was getting the right ones. He is very responsive (within a couple of hours) to emails. Before he and his helper left, they swept and vaccuumed all the shelves and cabinets, and I even saw him vacuuming the carpet in the kitchen. I couldn't be more satisfied. Eddie estimated the job would take an hour and a half and that's what it took.

Eddy and his team were great-prompt and wasted no time getting to work-came back on a Saturday to complete the job (my fault not his-I needed to order a remote for one of the lights) I would hire him again!

He showed up with a team and ran through my list of small electrical fixes. In and out with clean professional service.

This is second time we have used ER electric. Each time they have been exactly what one would imagine from such a service listed on angies list. Responsive immediately via email. Prompt, actually arriving early each time. Professional with great quality work each time. I communicated with them prior to visit and i misunderstood directions on what was needed to replace some lighting, and when they arrived the team went to home depot to get the right part!! Will plan to use them for future service. Would rec to anyone.

They were on top from the start - we scheduled a month or two in advance, they showed up on the correct date at the correct time and were prompt. Eddie was pleasant to work with and responded quickly when queried. They did the work professionally, asking questions any time there were issues or concerns. The install was clean and has been running without issues for months so far. I was impressed at the small holes that they were able to use to route all of the wiring. The finish was clean and professional. They even swept and mopped the floor after the plaster work. As an engineer and home owner, I would highly recommend Eddie and his crew.

The process and service were both awesome. I have a hectic work schedule so the ability to utilize the deals and messaging through Angies list is great. Within an hour or so of initiating the request, Eddie had been in touch to schedule time and get details on the work we were looking to have done. On the scheduled day, Eddie dropped me a text to let me know they were running ahead of time. When the team arrived, they went right to work in an assured, confident and professional manner. In other words, I just left them to it. Eddie even went so far as to send me a message after dark (because we had security lights installed) to make sure everything was working as it should, which of course, it was. In summary, very happy with the service from end to end and I will use Eddie again in the future.

They were incredibly clean, repatched all the areas where they had to cut into the drywall and customer-oriented. The work was detailed and the service friendly and trustworthy!

iVery professional and showed up on time. Purchased special $160.00 for 2 hours for one person or 1 hour if more than one person shows up. They were able to complete all the work in 25 minutes!! Very impressed and I would highly recommend hiring E/R Electric in the future. Thank you Eddie!!

Eddie was very responsive and arrived promptly. He and his assistant quickly went to work and were able to diagnose the problem with recessed lighting in two rooms and replaced the dimmer switches. In addition, they checked three smoke detectors - one of which was disconnected and recommended replacing the old detectors. They also checked the power to the bathroom fan and confirmed the fan needed to be replaced. We will use E R Electric again to install the new detectors and fan.

He told me what parts to buy at Home Depot, I bought them, and we arranged a time. He was flexible, I ended up being the slowest part of the process (I wanted to wait for a specific fixture). He came with 2 of his guys, on time, was in touch via email and text. They did the work quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Everything works great, very happy with it. ALSO a couple of days before he came I discovered a loose outlet in the kitchen, and while they were here they fixed that too. Charges were very reasonable compared to other quotes I got and final price was within the agreed upon range, no shenanigans. Took a credit card on the spot, very convenient.

Great. The guys were punctual and hustled the whole time they were here. I had a list of recommended repairs from a recent home inspection that I wanted them to quote for next time, and they were so efficient they ended up knocking out most of the list while they were here. I plan to have them come back at some point in the future to install a new ceiling fan and a couple new thermostats.
