Eddie and Steve showed up on time and I can't say enough about how professional, experienced and helpful they were. I have more electrical work to be done and will defiantly contact E R Electric for my needs.

All went according to plan. E/R recommended what fixtures we should purchase based upon room size, usage, etc. We purchased the fixtures from Amazon and E/R installed them all within a few hours. The E/R crew gave us an updated ETA during the install date, arrived when they said they would (within a reasonable allowance for traffic, slight delays at a previous job, etc), and kept us apprised of their status all along the way. The installation went fine -- clearly a little more difficult than E/R had anticipated because of the way the original builder had installed the original fixtures, but no complaints on their part and no price changes. Everything worked the first time -- no rework required. Also, E/R did a great job keeping the work area neat and cleaning up after they were done -- we didn't need to follow them around and vacuum or anything. We intend to utilize E/R's services again whenever we need electricians.

I contacted Eddie about a deal on Angie's list: upgrade to 200 amp service. When I inquired, I asked if he could also make sure my service from the street to the house was 200 amps. Yeah, he's able to do that, he said. I scheduled him, and in short order, he arrived with a partner. In about two hours they installed a 200 amp panel. When I asked if he was now going to upgrade service from the street to the house, he said no, that wasn't part of our contract. I looked back, and he was right, but in our communication he led me to believe he would be handling both. So, I have a 200 amp panel but no 200 amp service. He quoted me another $1700 to do that. To top it off, I asked him to leave behind my old panel so I could sell it. He did — but he had taken my old breakers with him. A family member who is an electrician later inspected the new panel for me and said the workmanship was good.

Amazing. I've had many electricians -- these guys were super efficient, friendly, funny, focused, and all-round fantastic. The ceiling fan he installed had 100 parts (screws, bolts & assorted thingies) and he assembled it perfectly in minutes. I'm already having them come back to do more work!!

They were prompt (actually early) and did the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterwards. Friendly and courteous, I would definitely hire them again.

I claimed a deal in November. I called ER to setup an appointment. They send me a message, thanking me for reaching out. They stated they can come mid week. They never said when they can come out. I request to confirm when they are coming. They got upset with me for asking when they're coming. They was so impolite. So I cancel.

I purchased a deal for $160 for two hours of labor for my father. Eddie emailed me to ask for photos of the lights and switches and was very responsive. When he came he was able to quickly fix the issue. We paid $5 for the switch. A day or so later the glass in one of the ceiling lights cracked. Eddie came back out and removed our existing ceiling light/fan and installed a new one. He charged us $100 which included the new ceiling light which seemed to be a very fair price. The lights hadn't been working in years so it was a huge relief and improvement to our lives to get them working again. Thanks so much Eddie! We probably need our bathroom fan replaced so we'll be contacting you again sometime soon!

This company went above and beyond. Not only did they upgrade the electric box and service as they were supposed to, but they also added 3 extra small outlets for my cable service and other things that now look awesome. Before they arrived the electrical closet down stairs was a mess, now it looks great! Thanks guys!

ER Electric provided great advice on the selection and placing of the fixtures. Installed the recessed light promptly and cleaned-up very well after the job. Very courteous and well mannered team. My kitchen looks like new :-) Already requested a new quote on an additional electric work.

A+++. These are the most professional people I've ever dealt with. They got in touch with me right away to set up the job; promptly responded to all my questions; let me know what to expect and how to prepare my space for the work ahead of time. They showed up 5 minutes early (!), and got right to work, politely maneuvering around my young kids, who wanted to touch all their tools. They worked quickly and the lights look beautiful. The outlets were replaced in a snap. I wish I had more electrical work needed so I could hire these guys again.

The communication before the service call was excellent. I was unable to be there when the work was done. There were some issues that I believe I should have been informed about , but wasn’t. The workmen were on time and neat . I would definitely use this company again, but wouldn’t rely on someone else to be there when work is being done.
