The 2 gentlemen showed up exactly on time, very polite, professional, and respectful of our home (wiped feet on way in, etc). I was shocked how quickly they finished everything! I will definitely keep their info for next time, and would be more than happy to have them come back!

I purchased a deal with them and they came out and they got hurt because they brought a faulty ladder. I have not heard back from them since the accident. It would have been nice if they gave me information about how long I should wait and it would just be nice if they communicated with me.

Super responsive via Angie's List messaging which was great because it's not always easy to get time away at work for phone calls. Eddie quoted the job via message and was able to schedule us for the week we were aiming for. When they came, they worked very quickly! Everything turned out great and came in on budget (and less than another quote we received for the same work from another electrician). We will use them again.

He arrived on schedule and immediately began work. Disconnected power from the utility company. Removed old meter holder and conduit. Installed new lightning rods. Removed old panel and re-sized the opening for the much larger panel required. Mounted new meter holder and conduit. Replaced wire from meter holder to panel (due to change from 100 to 200 amp). Installed new panel, new breakers, surge protection, and cleaned up. I communicated with Eddie several times and his responses were always prompt and to the point. I would definitely recommend him to someone who is looking for electrical services.

Was easy to schedule via email. He arrived on time and was down quickly. Nice guy. Would definitely hire again, especially for small job work.

He kept making appointments and canceling them. Would not call me back. Always a text. After numerous times of canceling, he finally responds 3 weeks later plus, stating that he was sorry but could not do the work. Wish he stated that from the start instead of leading me on. Now my plans are at least a month away and need to find another electrician. The fact that he could not call me and had to text me is totally unprofessional. Be careful when dealing with him.

The provider was very prompt in communications, that is contacting me by email to set up an appointment, confirming the appointment, etc. He gave me the appointment at my desired time and arrived promptly. He and his crew were competent, professional, and polite. They did all the repairs I had requested, and they did them efficiently. There were no extra charges. The very next day he provided an estimate for future work. The estimate seemed fair and reasonable. I am very, very pleased with this service and I highly recommend it.

Excellent. They we timely and efficient. Excellent work done and were done with all of the work in under 3 hours. I had two electrical boxes installed with sconces in my bedroom. This involved dry wall cutting and wiring. I also had about 10 outlets that needed testing and installation. I was extremely impressed. Highly recommend.

The work was completed quickly. Very courteous and professional. I will be using services again to replace another lighting fixture.

Eddie is incredibly responsive, and does quick, good work, with good clean-up after. We are very happy with him and will use him again. He does seem a little on the expensive side if you have a small job, but it's well worth it because, unlike some contractors, he gets right back to you and comes when he says he will. He's very professional.

Eddie was very responsive to emails leading up to the service date. He called me when he was 15 minutes away as requested and was actually early for the appointment. Eddie and his partner did not need much instruction. I quickly ran through what I needed and they went straight to work. They had what they needed to do the job and didn't waste any time. You would have never known they were there. Both Eddie and his partner were very efficient and meticulous. They were both very friendly, professional and easy to work with. E/R electric's pricing is very fair! If you need an electrician use them!!! I have found my go to guys and I will recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

Excellent. Friendly, professional. 1/2 the cost estimated by our general contractor. As a bonus, they showed up on time and in the same day / week promised. I guess we suffer from contractor fatigue. Hire them. Experience level - just completed $100k 2 bedroom condo remodel. Six months of promises by GC to install these lights and move cable outlet and never done.

Very well. Three guys showed up, did the range hood and fixed the wall socket in minutes. Advised against adding another socket, suggesting a power strip instead. All good!

I had a broken dimmer switch in the kids room. Called ER Electric, they were there the same day. Diagnosed the problem and put in a new (better) dimmer switch, were done in less than 1 hour, cleaned up after themselves, everything good. I especially appreciated that they made themselves available the same day and came in and fixed the problem - a big deal for a busy family!

The installation went really well and was quite fast. They showed up on time (early actually - checked to see if I was there) and were able to fit us in with a very short turn around. The area was tidied up and everything looks great. My only feedback would be to double check how someone would like the installation/wire routing before starting. That sort of thing, especially for me, sits very well. Not a critique, as I was happy with the end result, just a suggestion.

I cannot say enough how good Eddie and his crew are. He called the night before (this was important because I was initially not going to be there), they showed up on time and let me know by text they were there. They made quick, professional work of the lighting, cleaning up as they progressed. He introduced each member of his crew and they were equally polite and professional. I can't stress this enough. I had to wait a month to schedule Eddie, which should tell you something up front that he is in demand, but I am so glad I waited. Pricing was very reasonable as well: 8 recessed lights installed in living room, 3 recessed lights installed in hallway. (I provided 5" cans with trim and led bulbs) $825 Installed Panasonic whisper quiet fan/light combo with venting in bathroom. $775 (I thought this was high initially till I seen price of fan alone was over 200!) Also, they had to install venting as there was none previous. Extremely happy and have already bragged about them to my co-workers!

Ed and his crew were truly amazing! They were there exactly when they said they were going to come, went right to work, and finished within the time they told me they were going to finish. Further, they cleaned up everything quit well. You won't go wrong using this company!

they showed up on time very professional crew of 2 guys they completed the task efficiently and professionally the light fixture has 3 hanging units and they had to re-adjust the lengths several times to get it right and they did so happily - they finished within the time allotted and we are very happy to have used them.
