Eddie and his colleague were fantastic. We needed some work done last minute and they fit us in despite being fully booked. When they arrived they were incredibly professional. They did a ton of work in just an hour and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Scheduling with Laura was quick and responsive. On the day of service I got a text when Eddie was en route (which I love when expectations are set). Eddie and Steve arrived within 15 minutes of our established meet up time and got right to work. They quickly figured out hte panel I had wasn't pairing with the unit receiver. The tried rewiring and a different receiver with no luck. Eddie said I would have to purchase a new panel and showed me on his phone a compatible one available at my local home depot. Eddie was patient and offered to check on another local job while I go purchase the new panel. He even responded to texts while I was at the store to ensure I got the right one. Again, he texted when he was on his way back to my house and quickly finished the install of the new dual dimmer light/fan switch panel.

The team was very quick and efficient. They were done in 6 hours, and even labeled our new electrical panel so we know where the fuses are connected. They also made our outside wiring look very neat/tidy. I only gave them a B in responsiveness because they are best at responding to email. Sending them a quick note online is a sure way to hear from them - rather than leaving them a voice message.

This was the 3rd time that we used E/R. You can't beat their quality and efficiency. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I received a prompt response from Eddie with a reasonable quote through email and found it easy to schedule a time with him. Throughout the whole process, communication was responsive and excellent. Eddie and Steve arrived early, were able to answer all my questions/ concerns , and got to work right away. They helped us rewire the basement and got the job done quick. I really appreciated their professionalism, pleasantness, and honesty. Eddie and Steve did a great job, and on-top of that it's also comforting to know they have a one year warranty for their work. The next time we need electricians, we would love to have Eddie and Steve help us out again.

Eddie & his partner were polite, fast, and very clean. When they had to empty the cabinets to access the electric source for our cabinet lights, they actually cleaned them as well! They were very conscientious about about cleaning up after their work, and in fact, if I hadn't let them in myself, I wouldn't have known they were there! I have already hired them again in fact, for another few small jobs we could use.

ER Electric. Eddie and Steve came early. Within 35 minutes they replaced two ceiling lights, a dimmer switch, and answered a couple of electrical questions. I would recommend and I would hire them again.

I wish all the contractors I hired were as competent and professional as E/R Electric. They completed all the repairs I needed efficiently. They even were able to fix a light fixture that I had been previously told could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Very responsibly priced! Exceptional service.
