Eddie and his staff were prompt, professional and quick.

We had zero luck in getting them to actually schedule an appointment to get the work done and then suggested we go back to angies list to get a refund

No problems! Made an appointment about two weeks in advance, and E/R electric sent out two electricians who had the job done in under 2 hours. They were prompt (showed up a little early, even) and helpful in explaining the work being done.

Excellent. This is the second time I've used E/R Electric. Eddie is thorough, punctual and highly responsive. I had no trouble with scheduling and the work was done in a timely manner. They did everything well. They will come back with 2 more wall plates to cover holes on Friday.

Everything went well. In fact, better than expected. Originally, I had contacted a big name electrical company and after they came and assessed the work to be done I was told they would have to drill holes in the walls to replace the doorbell wiring. That in itself was going to cost some big money. Eddie from ER Electric gave me a quote on the same work and he was finished with everything in a couple of hours. Please note, he didn't have to drill holes in my walls to rewire the doorbell. Instead, he found the burned out transformer and replaced it. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with the quality of his work and prices. He saved me a pretty penny. It's only fair that I use that savings and hire him to do the rest of the work the big named company wants to charge me thousands of dollars to do. Thanks Eddie!

They were fast and efficient! They were punctual and upon arrival they were courteous and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after they were done so you never knew they were there. I would definitely call them if we need more work.

My tenant was noticing that the lights in the apartment were flickering and then would not work. I had her check the breakers, which had blown and then a few hours later, she indicated that the power in the apt had gone out again. I called ER electric and they were there the next morning, 10 minutes early. They determined that the breakers were bad and sparking in the basement. I was pregnant at the time and had already climbed to the 4th floor apartment, so they took a phone video of the breakers sparking in the basement to show me exactly what the problem was without making me walk down the stairs. The fixed the issue in an hour, and were extremely friendly, courteous and professional.

This was the final job before final inspection of a full blown attic finish job. We needed to pull a permit for the final inspection to be done. After 2 months of back and forth, calls (always very nice over the phone), text messages, him being on vacation and on 'bigger jobs', I never saw him ... I ended up hiring another electrician who did the job in less than 3 hours.

ER Electric and Eddie are excellent! He immediately responded to inquiry and we agreed on a date. My new pendant lighting was installed this week and it looks beautiful. They arrived exactly on time and were polite and efficient. The work was completed in just a few hours and the room was left very clean. They even returned the next morning to make a minor adjustment to the height of one of the pendant lamps at no additional charge. I am VERY, very impressed by ER Electric and will definitely hire them for my next project. Thank you very much Eddie!

Eddie and Steve were great! They were able to come a day earlier than expected, were very thorough, explained the work that was needed, and were extremely friendly. Prices were lower than expected as well. I would 100% hire again for future electrical work.

Eddie was great. I had called and left messages for six electricians and Eddie was the first to get back to me - and the only one to get back to me within the hour. He was responsive throughout the entire process, clear about pricing and his proposed plan (to replace the light fixture with a new LED light), and showed up on time (actually, a little early). I know this wasn't the biggest job, so I appreciated Eddie's ability to get this done quickly and without any hassle.

Eddie could not have been better! He was speedy in getting us a quote back and was considerably cheaper than two other electricians we contacted. We agreed on a date for the work to be done and he was on time, very professional and got the job done quickly. Initially, he had thought/hoped he could just put a cover on the box that housed the mains, but when he went to do that, he noticed that it was an older model. He tried to find a cover to fit that model but was unable to (and didn't want to fudge it for safety's sake which I really respected). He was able to schedule a second time for him to come back and just replace the entire box. It was more expensive to do that, but again, I respect his commitment to safety. I would hire Eddie again for any electrical needs I have! He was a pleasure to work with,

I had a great experience with E.R. Electric. Eddie and Steve showed up on time, happy and ready to get to work. They methodically worked through my list and even ran out to buy a replacement light fixture/fan that I had not originally included. I really appreciated their professionalism, patience and personalities (very pleasant and friendly, which is important to me). This was my first experience with Eddie. Everything went well and we've already planned for him to come back next month. Highly recommended!
