Eddie is very responsive. He replies very quickly to all emails we exchanged. He came on both occasions right on time. They did the work much faster than we expected. When he hit a roadblock while installing the new light fixture, he quickly had a substitute fixture available on hand. He also came up with a clever way to install the fixture without the need to make holes in the kitchen wall, which we really appreciated. They cleaned up after their work. Eddie provides you the invoice before they leave. Although the prices seemed high considering the amount of time they expended, we are very happy with his work and would use them again.

Eddie came on time, and did an excellent job. He also labeled the panel for me. After the job was done, the area was cleaned. Very professional!

Eddie and Steve exceeded any expectations I had for this job. From the get-go Eddie was very responsive and we scheduled an appointment shortly after touching base with one another. On the day of the appointment Eddie and Steve showed up 10 minutes early (traveling from Cambridge to Dedham for 7am!). Very nice and polite guys but most importantly, extremely professional! The job was done so quickly with minimal damage to our walls (some holes needed to be made for wiring - they were patched professionally and couldn't even tell anything was done). The guys cleaned up the place spotless after they were done and overall experience made us very very happy and pleased with ER Electric. We asked Eddie to take a look at other things while at our house and he sent us a quote for that work as well, very timely response! We are excited to have found ER Electric and will most definitely use their services again!

Eddie was quick to setup an appointment for the estimate. He and his colleague arrived on time and provided a reasonable price. I quickly agreed to the quoted price and was placed on his schedule. Eddie showed up on time to complete the quoted work but for some reason he did not coordinate in advance with National Grid to shut off the service so he could upgrade our service. So unfortunately the work could not be completed on that day. For the next few weeks we exchanged emails where he stated he was "trying to get on National Grid's schedule". Then after a while he stopped responding to emails and voice mails. I doubt he ever tried to get on National Grid's schedule and just decided to move on and burn this bridge. There are plenty of other eletricians out there, I wouldn't waste your time with Eddie.

Eddie and Steve are super Pros and know their craft!! Eddie responded to me right away and came out when it was convenient time for me and when they got down to business right away and got it done!! They made it seem so effortless - super Pros!!

They were able to fit us in within a day of booking the appointment, arrived on time and were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. We needed extra alarms and opted for some combine CO/smoke detectors so the price was higher than the $699 deal.
