Description of Work: As I requested, the electrician (I used Northern Lights Electric located at 50 Orne Street in North Attleboro, MA - not sure what company is being referenced above as E/R ELECTRIC) moved a switch for a ceiling fan closer to the doorway from where it was located (2+' from the doorway). He did a nice job and was a very pleasant person.

Description of Work: He arrived on time, and looked the house over and made his recommendation. I was expecting a major electrical rehab on the house due to age and original wiring. He said basically the house wiring is good, but the service boxes should be updated and some ceiling recessed lights could be replaced with new technology. Waiting for his estimate.

Description of Work: They did a great job. Very thorough, professional and worked very quickly. I am bringing them back for additional work. Would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I had several lighting fixtures replaced and wall plugs replaced. They were early for the appointment which was great. They were efficient, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend them to friends.

After letting him know what I needed, he provided me with a detailed pricing list, so there were no surprises. | |Eddie and his assistant came to my house right on time. and began work right away. They installed a kitchen ceiling fan, a chandelier in the dining room as agreed. Additionally, they repaired an upstairs light at little or no cost. Description of Work: Replace all smoke detectors anad carbon dectors hard wired thru out the house and some outlets.

Description of Work: I purchased The Big Deal for ER Electric for installation of a chandelier. Eddie responded promptly and we set up a date for the work to be done. Eddie and another electrician arrived at my house at the promised time and installed the chandelier plus a new recessed light within an hour. They were professional, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely have them back to do more work and have actually asked them for a quote for installation of outdoor spot lights. I will most likely hire this company again

Description of Work: Ordered this service for placing de-icing wiring on my roof. Company arrived as scheduled, performed the work and gave instructions as to the use of equipment. I'm very pleased overall.

Description of Work: Eddie and his workman were excellent. We both had busy schedules, so the work was done just last week (9/12). He was delayed getting here, but called to advise me of that. He stayed extra time, completing everything I needed and supplying some items I had not bought. I will definitely call him again. Very pleased!

Description of Work: Installed ice dam electrical heating system. While the contractor worked hard, he took on more work than he could reliably schedule. Because he was back-ordered on supplies, he was unable to meet his schedule. He made a lot of excuses and was unprofessional in responding to my request for a firm date by which time the work would be done. I cannot speak to the quality of the work because the system has not been operated in the winter yet.

Description of Work: Got a deal for deicer intalled on roof. They were friendly, timely and nice. No trouble. Just in time for the warmest winter! We haven't really used the deicer yet due to lack of need, but seems to be installed well, and no trouble with the company. They did some other small stuff, fixed a broken outlet etc. Went quite well.

Description of Work: I had roof deicer installed. E/R Electrical initially came and gave me an estimate, ordered the coils and contacted me within a week to set up the installation. The first appointment was rained out, but Eddie stayed in constant contact with me to schedule the next appointment. He came with 3 additional men on time, worked continuously for about 3 hours, explained to me everything I needed to know and helped me with additional work I want done inside my house. I will definitely use them again.
