Description of Work: It took a week to get an appointment with them. Finally the day arrived, but they did not. They called to reschedule for the next day. By 7 pm that night I called. Guess what? They weren't going to show up. Gave up my Saturday when they promised to come, after many apologies. And today, Saturday, they (you guessed it), did not show up.

Description of Work: We were extremely impressed with the knowledge of Paul Harlow, the arborist at Cambridge Landscape. The only reason we didn't hire the company was because our family had just used another company and strongly recommended we use them as well. We actually felt very badly about not hiring Cambridge Landscape since Paul accommodated our busy schedule, gave us valuable feedback and information on our trees, as well as a reasonable quote. We would definitely use his services in the future.

Description of Work: I have a large silver maple tree which is much taller than my house. I was concerned that the risk of the tree falling in high winds. I had Cambridge Landscaping come by and thin the top of the tree, and install a cable between its two trunks to prevent splitting. | |This work was complicated by the need to coordinate with my neighbors, as access to their driveway was needed to properly trim the tree. Cambridge Landscaping named a date with plenty of lead time for us to coordinate, showed up that morning right on time, and performed the work. | |They took good care of my back yard, did not damage anything, and the tree looks good. Great job!

 + -1 moreTHE MOUND WAS EASILY 4 FEET HIGH, A MAN WITH A PICKUP AND A PLOW CAME AND WHIPPED THAT STUFF OFF IN 10 MINUTES FLAT. HE ALSO SHOVELED MY WALK FOR NO ADDITIONAL FEE. NICE MAN, TOO. THE DELAY WAS JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP WITH REQUESTS.
Description of Work: AFTER A HUGE STORM, THEY CAME A DAY OR TWO LATER (AFTER MY INITIAL CALL) TO CLEAR THE SNOW LEFT BY THE PLOW.
