Excellent. Shown up on time and did the work . Dependable and they do what they supposed to do.

Very well. James came in the morning to provide an estimate, and his crew came 4 hours later and did the work. They seemed skillful, and offered opinions/advice when I asked for it. I was having my house re-shingled the following day and was amazed that they could do the work in such a timely manner. The cleaned up everything well.

quote/visit to scope out work was easy. Guy was very professional and friendly. Scheduled a time to do the work. however the time kept getting pushed 3 times.. once I can understand, twice.. maybe. But three times and still wasn't able to commit to a timeframe to actually do the job. Finally gave up.. I guess the job needs to be big in order to get them to commit.

They have been great and responsive, punctual for estimate and service appointments. They did good job in clearing away all of the waste that was created.

Excellent service. The price was reasonable, work was timely, prompt and professional. These were very large trees in a tight urban yard. The guys were amazing!

I got a quote from them but did not use them. If I recall, they were quite professional and punctual. They came back with their quote quite quickly, and it was a reasonable number. I had no problem with them at all.

The workers began around 8:30 AM and were finished by noon. There was minimal disruption and noise since most of the cutting was done with an extended hand saw. I would not have known they were out there had I not been notified that they had arrived around 8:15 AM. The crew of 2 were great. Most of the effort went to the maple tree, which was pruned to last for years. The crabapple, likewise, will not need attention for a long while. When I asked that more branches be removed from the crabapple, they were very agreeable and accommodating. I was able to get exactly what I had requested and wanted per the contract. The yard was completely cleaned and all branches removed to the chipper. By 12:00 PM, there was no evidence from ground debris that tree pruning had been done on the property. Other dealings with customer service (obtain insurance liability documents) and the quoting process were done very professionally and with dedication. There was clearly a total commitment to customer service, here. I am very pleased to have done business with Cambridge Landscape.

They were recommended by our neighbors who were impressed by their service. So were we. They were prompt and courteous, and worked quickly and skillfully around power lines with their equipment.

Their work ended (and fixed) a frustrating 4 month saga. We're on a corner and they did some work on all 4 sides of our house. A) On one corner side yard: They pruned a huge Linden tree whose branches overhung both our roof and our neighbor's and also pruned its branches that were above and below but not touching the multiple pole-to-pole wires (NSTAR, Verizon and/or Comcast - we're still not sure as there are so many pole-to-pole wires) over that curb. B) In the front yard: They pruned the branches then chopped down one large Locust tree and ground (sanded?) the remaining trunk to ground level and did the finish and grounding down of a second Locust (they grow like weeds and threaten our foundation) we'd axed down but couldn't remove ourselves. They cleared everything they'd pruned and in addition removed some branches from a maple tree we'd pruned ourselves in the backyard, but which were too thick and long for the town to collect. The City of Cambridge will not remove branches around pole-to-pole wires if the tree itself is on private property. NSTAR had sent a crew from Rhode Island in July to do some pruning around their wires going to our house and the house next door, but said they weren't permitted to prune around the pole-to-pole wires along the curb. It seems that Comcast and Verizon won't prune around their pole-to-pole wires until forced by an outage, though Verizon did come to look - so there's still some hope. Cambridge Landscape did the best they could and cleared everything above & below. It's much safer now.

I called three times during spring to get a quote for blowing mulch. Each time, a person said that someone would get back to me. I have yet to receive one call.

Overall, they are one of the more reasonably priced and professional landscapers we have encountered in the Boston area. They have been a little slow in responding to our requests which can be frustrating. We are satisfied in general.

They did very good. It went on scheduled. The price was is what they quoted. They did a fine job. I have no complaints.

Cambridge Landscaping Co. (CLC) came and provided an estimate in Nov and were punctual even though it was raining out. By the time I hired them it was snow season and even though it was snowing the first day of their work they arrived on time and had no trouble getting started. They had estimated it would take 2 days originally but due to having to deal with the snow while doing the job, it ended up taking 4. We had marked all the trees we wanted removed and they removed them all. My only complaint would be that there was one dogwood which was also cut which wasn't marked but in all our estimates we received they were surprised we weren't cutting it down as it was old and lopsided due to a limb that had previously been removed and in the winter doesn't look all that nice so I can understand how it was mistaken and we should have explicitly made sure they knew we didn't want it down though it wasn't marked but we didn't so our fault as well.

My experience with them was very good. They were very efficient and it was much cheaper than I ever anticipated. They gave a senior citizen discount because my mother was alive then; we got a lot of bang for our buck. They can do an awful lot of landscaping, I think they're very knowledgeable about tree removal, they really know this stuff.

They've been very prompt and polite. They were quick to get an estimate to me.

Cambridge Landscape Co. is an honest company and does excellent work. They are very punctual also. They have done what I needed done without any problem. I would use them again in the future.

The actual workers did not clean up that well. There was a lot of snow and what not, but I would say still there was a lot of stuff lying around. Overall, the work went well.

The work team was punctual (even a little early) and did a very good job. I was pleased with the results and would definitely use CL again for tree work. The reason for the "B" in responsiveness was merely because it was difficult to actually have a conversation with the tree expert after he came out for the estimate. You have to leave a message for him to call you back, and you have to be able to pick up when he calls you back -- and it might be several days later. Once we could talk, we were able to settle everything (scope of work, price, and date) quickly, but it took a couple of weeks to get the conversation to happen.

They were very professional. They had a big crew and multiple trucks and were able to get the job done efficiently. I would use them again.

Paul came out and estimated the job while I wasn't even there, which I appreciated. They were prompt with the proposal and less expensive than others who bid on the job. They agreed to leave chips and firewood as part of the price. They came at the appointed time, and did everything they said they were going to do. The yard took a bit of a beating from dragging stuff through it although other than cutting smaller pieces I'm not sure what they could have done otherwise. The only issue was that I came home after the job and they didn't leave the firewood, but then one phone call to Paul and he had an entire truckload dropped off at my house within a couple of days in order to make it right. I"m sure he gave me more wood that his guys took away. I appreciated that extra effort to solve the problem.

After we closed on our house and before we even moved in, we found a large branch had fallen off the oak tree in the back yard, luckily not hitting our house. There was another branch that was threatening our house, and we also wanted someone to check out our trees in the front yard to ensure there were no dangers of branches falling on our cars. We called multiple tree services to look at trimming the and Cambridge Landscape seemed to provide the best quote for the services we needed. They did the entire job over 2 days, cut the oak branches into smaller log chunks for us for firewood, and hauled away all rest of the debris. They did damage one of my landscape lights in the process (one of the branches fell on it) but we resolved this by agreement to knock the replacement cost off the bill. All in all, I would definitely use them again for future tree trimming/removal work, as they really seem to know what they're doing.

They were professional and efficient but their price was expensive. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.
