What made my day while one was working in our upstairs he was whistling/singing while the other went to several stores to find parts for the different jobs. Cell service was down, the owner made a point to text to explain he would be running a little late. Would recommend them highly."

The Rite Window and Bath managers demonstrated little respect, were dismissive of our concerns, and minimized the structural flaws and poor workmanship. When it was apparent Rite Window and Bath were not going to adequately address our concerns, we filed a complaint with Kohler Customer Care. The result of their investigation resulted in the removal of the shower and reinstall with a new design. While the reinstalled shower design is better than the original, it is still far from quality workmanship."
