Chris was the worker who came to help us with our mouse problem. Fortunately the problem seemed confined to a particular location in the house, and an exterior entry point was blocked. Out of an interest in thoroughness, he placed bait stations in likely places such as the attic and the garage. I hope that this is the end of our pest problem. Chris also exhibited extreme presence of mind when entirely coincidentally a bird got into the house while he was here. The bird kept trying to fly out of a window that sadly does not open. We were afraid the bird would harm, perhaps even kill itself with its repeated crashes against the unyielding glass. He was able to get the bird out of the house, and its relief when it flew away was only equal to my own gratitude that Chris was able to save the bird's life. I would completely trust Chris to evict any unwanted critters that might try to take up residence inside my home.

I purchased a special package for $299.00 which was for 3 visits. Called Wednesday and they came out Friday on time. I had sugar ants and a swam of flying ants. The agent was helpful and informative, told me what he was doing and suggested different places to put ant bait. Also put out mouse traps which he will check on his nest visit. Very happy with the service and would call again and refer friends to.

We were disappointed since the service did not cover termites or bees. It was more of a preventative for other types of insects. However, the only problem we were aware of related to bees.

The service tech was great, personable, knowledgable. There was a scheduling snaffu but I called them as soon as I realized the technicians were late and the company made it right the same day, I felt it was an honest mistake and that they were interested in customer service.

They were very professional and responsive. We have had a few stray ants roaming around and I don't know yet if they had done something different if that wouldn't happen or if that is to be expected. I am not familiar with the history of this house, so I don't know what kind of insect issues they had in the past. For now, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have called to schedule a follow up in order to get their assessment on that concern.

I never used an exterminator before, so I have no context. It was easy to get an appoitment and they showed up as scheduled.

It went well. They called and talked to me, they were very pleasant and responsive. No troubles since.

I caught one of the animals and it turns out it is a squirrel and the service provider does not treat for squirrels.
