They are very good, competent and responsive and they did an excellent job on the door. They are very responsive whenever we call them.

I would not use them again. It is working, but it is only bandaged so it was never fixed. They should have replaced the whole runner but they did not.

Bernie came quickly enough and replaced the doors. However, we had some major problems with them (one would not open most of the time) and he did not return phone calls. Finally, in mid-January 2008 I stopped payment through my credit card on one of the doors after calling and leaving a message with someone in his office that I would unless I got a call back. The minute he learned that some of the money had been suspended, he responded immediately, sent his "best guy" and continuously blamed the original crew who had installed the doors. The new guy came and had to re-hang the doors from scratch. It took some time for the credit card company to release the funds again because Bernie did not understand what he had to do with this bank. Bernie harassed us for several weeks, calling me every day and wanting to visit my home with a form that he wanted me to sign, which my credit card company told me absolutely not to sign as there was nothing I had to do at that point (I had immediately told the card company once he'd completed the work to our satisfaction). He tried to sue us even! Somehow he figured out how to get his money and stopped bothering us. This past week I had to have the doors fixed; they had been installed improperly it appears (the cables were crossed so that they had frayed to the point of breaking). The company that came out to help me knew all about Bernie and told me that he has a special deal with the garage door manufacturer; not many people in the business would ever use these doors. He said that something has happened to the company/Bernie in the last few years because they hear complaints constantly; he has been removed by the Better Business Bureau because of all his shenanigans. BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!!

They were prompt and reliable. The only concern we had was that one of the locks broke and it took some time to get it fix. That delay was caused more by the manufacturer.

I got estimates from Middlesex and from another company and Middlesex was approximately $900 less expensive for similar doors and identical openers. The installation started on time, though took longer than expected, in part because the installer did not want to go out into the rain for the work that needed to be done outside. Installer determined that some additional wood needed to be added to mount the new door properly and asked if he could use wood that we had available in the garage. One of the wall switches for the openers broken so they had to come back at another time to replace that. We also had problems with one of the doors rubbing and that took two service visits (at no charge) to resolve.

Bernie did a wonderful, quick, and thorough job. They gave us excellent feedback with very competitive pricing. They were very conscientious in all areas. I would gladly recommend them.

Great! The person that installed the door kept me informed of any issues and how he would correct them. He was very courteous and professional.

I visited Bernie in his showroom and explained what I was looking for. He was great in selling me what I wanted and didn't force anything on me. His estimate was spot on. He does very professional and timely work. His service reached a new level when I told him I had an old (more than 20 years old) door opener on another door in my garage and asked if he could take a look. He got it running and connected to the existing door free of charge and walked me through how to program a Universal remote I had to buy to use it. I can't say enough of how professional and experienced Bernie is at what he does.

Bernie and the woman who works in the office were very nice and helpful, giving us advice on which door to choose. They were both very knowledgeable about the doors and motors. It was helpful to see the doors in their Burlington showroom. The person who installed the door was perhaps not quite as professional as could be hoped for (chatting on cell phone, left coffee cup trash in our garage), but it was not a big deal. They were out weather stripping at the time they installed the door, so they promised to come back to do it, but I ended up having to call to remind them and then they were out pretty quickly. The price reflects a $50 web coupon from their website.

I called them on Monday morning to fix my garage door which had broken over the weekend. They came and did the job the same day, and charged me less than what they originally quoted me on the phone. Highly recommended!

Couldn't ask for better service. Bernie provided price, work in record speed. Even though I had to wait 6 mos. to actually have job done, he protected price and came by to check to see if everything was in order before sending someone to do the job. And then he came back again to see if I understood how to run the door! Where are more people like Bernie?

EXCELLENT. DONE ON TIME AND AS EXPECTED. ONLY DRAWBACKS WERE: FEW NAILS LEFT INSIDE GARAGE; NEW TRACK INSTALLED BECAME LOOSE SOON AFTER INSTALLATION (2 MONTHS). HOWEVER THAT SEEMED TO BE DUE TO SOME ROTTING WOOD IN OUR STRUCTURE. COMPANY CAME BACK AND INSTALLED LONGER SCREWS INTO EXISTING STRUCTURE WHICH SOLVED PROBLEM; NO CHARGE FOR THIS.
