MIDDLESEX OVERHEAD DOORS

This provider has been incredibly hard to work with. They have not returned now 3 calss regarding their service completed and outstanding service (garage door still broken after 1 month). When they did show up once, they were hours late, didn't advise us of what work was conducted, the door is still broken. We requested a quote on a number entry key pad, they never provided. The garage door is still broken and no one is returning my calls.

gPrompt visit here to diagnose the problem. Good explanation of my options. The installer came exactly when promised and the work was efficiently completed on schedule and on price. Cleanup was thorough. Overall, a very straightforward positive experience. Highly satisfied!

Jamie was cery professional and came over only two hours after we spoke. He diagnosed the problem quickly but he didnt have the part that he needed. Since it only took him 10 minutes to diagnose, he said he wouldn't charge me for the visit! If I need him to install the part when I get it, he will be the one I call!

They arrived on the specified date. Technician was neat, efficient, courteous... Very professional. I would easily recommend them to anyone. As for price, they offered various price points. Very fair. Because of personal circumstances, I did not provide them with the Angie's List coupon until a couple of week's later. It was honored and the check arrived within 3 days of the day I faxed to them. Nice service!

Based on Angie's list, we called Middlesex as a competitive bid for another vendor. Jay was on time, courteous, honest, friendly, and helpful. Very easy experience. We went to the showroom, where Shirley showed us the various options open to us, answered our questions, and helped with the decision process. When another bid came in lower, Middlesex met that bid with another door that was comparable to the other bid. We went with the better quality door (the original Middlesex proposal). The installer arrived on time. He was courteous, helpful, and neat. He was done when he said he would be and the doors look great and work well.

The initial visit to diagnose the problem with one of my garage doors diagnosed the problem. The gears on the opener were so old they disintegrated. We discussed various options before deciding on the new opener. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The day of the installation, there was some confusion about what was to be done. There was similar confusion during scheduling, almost as if they didn't talk to one another. But it didn't hamper the install - the installer wasn't aware I had asked for a second receiver for the working door, but had one available. The work was done quickly but thoroughly; the work was high quality. The installer lead me through the new features of the system and made sure I entered a pass code for the outside keypad. The bill had no surprises, with the price charged being what had been agreed to over the phone during scheduling. I'd recommend they tighten up the communication between the diagnostic tech, the scheduler and the installer, but otherwise am very satisfied with their work and my experience. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The service worker was very honest and respectful.

Well, pretty badly, bad listening, just trying to sell something and hopefully something big and something fast Wont call again, for any reason

.Apart from a need to reschedule once because of a tech who was caught in traffic, the installation went smoothly and the firm was very responsive.

I had a mishap a few months back - drove my car right into garage door while backing out. Needless to say both the car rear window and the garage door were smashed. I searched Middlesex Overhead Doors on Angie's list and called them, a gentleman showed up within 30 minutes at my house, and helped to temporarily hammer the door back into some rough shape and close position (that was when night temperature still dropped to sub-zero). The actual repair happened a few days later, mainly to wait for replacement part order. Shirley in office was very warm and helpful in generating repair estimate and scheduling work. The work was performed on time and with high quality. I cannot be happier with the outcome.

We are selling my mom's house and 3 days before it was going on the market the garage door suddenly would not close. Called Middlesex and they sent a repairman out the next day. The technician came on time and fixed the door. The track on one side was all bent up - probably from my 88 year-old mother backing into it one too many times. Now it works like a charm. Thank you Middlesex!!

An excellent experience. The technician arrived when promised, did the work efficiently , tidied up and left. The 10% Angie's List discount took the form of a rebate check that arrived about a week later. On the basis of my experience I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Initially, I left a message at the office and it took a couple of days to get a response. After that, everything was prompt. We went to the office to look at options, and received courteous and knowledgeable help. They had a good selection of quality doors. We were able to borrow large samples of the doors, to try at home. Middlesex's price was more reasonable than another we found on Angie's List. The installer called ahead on the day , and arrived on schedule. He was competent, neat, and good to work with. The doors were carefully installed, and work beautifully. I would use Middlesex Overhead Door again. Excellent experience.

Called a week ago to set up an appointment to have a garage door serviced/adjusted. Took a day off work and waited for the tech to call and/or show up, but they never did. I understand that circumstances sometimes require missed appointments or rescheduling, however I did not even receive the courtesy of a phone call. Disappointing too, as I have used this company in the past with great results. Unfortunately, there are no second chances with me, especially when a provider's professionalism comes into question

They responded quickly. They were very professional. I was very pleased with them.

Bernie's team did a great job from start to finish. They arrived on-time for their scheduled appointment. He took measurements and discussed options. We came to agreement on product, price, and schedule. Installation went without any issues -- and on schedule. The installers did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves, including removing my old door. Five months later everything continues operating smoothly. No complaints whatsoever. Quality product, quality job. Good price. Highly recommended!
